I had to correct my address after I placed my order, and customer service was super responsive. Also, you told me to expect the package in 5 to 9 business days when in reality it showed up the next day. That’s amazing! Thank you.

Order arrived quickly and I appreciated the email to advise me it was in my community mailbox.

The price was competitive and the ordering & shopping was easy. Customer service was excellent.
Unfortunately, I tried a new formula in my usual product line and it did do what I expected it to do.

My package didn’t get delivered but they called and are doing an investigation.

Pricing was great and the shipping was fast. I received multiple emails along the way to keep me informed of my order’s status, including an email thanking me for choosing this company. The products were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to order my products from them.

Great service! Responsive to questions and when the product I originally ordered was out of stock kept in touch and recommended other products.

Parcel was delivered in a timely fashion. All is good. Looking forward to using all the great Kevin Murphy products.

Great price! Exceptionally fast service. My order arrived within days.

Great products for a reasonable price. Twice I’ve received the wrong one. They send a label and I send them back and then they send the right one. This results in long delays to get things, and having to make a special trip to the post office with no compensation for inconvenience. Buying local and paying a bit more is starting to look more appealing.

Other outlets were out of the product or sold it only as part of a set. I also like to support Canadian small businesses when I can. Your service was prompt and efficient. A thank you note from the owner was a refreshing courtesy.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have to be honest. I was sceptical at first about ordering such expensive products online. But i received exactly what I wanted and saved a good amount of money. I have been using this shampoo for 3 years now and won’t buy anything else. But the cost of it has gone up significantly. It is much more affordable from this shop.

I received my order very quickly, but some things were missing and I received one item I hadn't ordered at all. I contacted their customer care department and the company founder wrote to sincerely apologize and to let me know the missing items were on the way. And he told me to keep the item that was erroneously included in my order as an apology gift. Mistakes happen, but I was super impressed with the level of customer care. Will definitely order from them again.

I placed an order with Hair Care Canada and part of the order I received was an incorrect item. I sent an e-mail to the customer support group on a Sunday, asking them how they can rectify the issue, and asking them to PLEASE be a little more careful when picking their orders. I got an e-mail back from a customer support representative named Stuart saying I was chastising him and how dare I ruin his day off! In the long wrong, no solution was provided for the incorrect product and was not willing to rectify THEIR issue. I have contacted representatives for some of the product lines that they carry to ask if they really want a company like this to represent their product. Don't bother replying with some long winded excuse for your behavior, this is simply a waring to others that are wanting to use your business. All's good until they make a mistake, then you are just stuck with whatever they decide to send you. Find another retailer, this one is not worth your time.

Update to your response. I called him a "pussy" after he told me he was “blocking my e-mail” if anyone was abused it was me! You are all filthy liars and hope you get what you deserve which is a loss of customers and businesses that wish to distribute through your despicable company! I’ll publish ALL e-mails both too and from to show you who the real jerks are! Still not admitting your error and making rectification! You are disgusting!!!

Just so everyone sees: This is the abuse that started it all:Hi, I orders the leave in conditioner and you sent me a beach look hairspray. It was for a birthday present! Please either send me the correct product and a return label where i can send the wrong one back and send me the right stuff! I’ll have to explain to the birthday individual that they will have to wait….cause someone got it wrong.
Please take better care when picking your orders.

I don’t see anything below saying you are owning your mistake, yeah I was mad when I wrote that e-mail only because you ruined a special day for someone I love.
I hope being the worst customer service “hair care support” dude in the business makes up for a stranger chastising you.
Don’t be in customer service if you can’t handle it, it’s as simple as that.
& it’s your fault for reading work e-mails on your day off!
