I have had good service in the past with Haircare Canada. I would prefer a
Survey request after the shipment but my past experience is why I am a repeat customer

Expect spam email from this company and poor customer service.

Edit: My review is in response to simply being asked to be removed from their email list, to which you only did seemingly 3 emails later. Though I’m not “traumatized” as you said, I am disappointed that this has escalated to this when it could have been resolved had you simply unsubscribed me when initially asked (as there was no unsubscribe option in the email).

The communication between the company and myself was excellent from beginning to end. The products were delivered quickly and without issue.

Great customer service, I even got a thank you e-mail for choosing them over all the companies that sell shampoo. The fact that they were in Canada was a great choice for me since I wanted to encourage a shop from my Country.

I placed an order and was double checking on its arrival date and saw the company was sending the wrong product. This issue was quickly resolved via the companies live chat. Chat person was very helpful.

The customer service was outstanding. I was called personally to let me know my order was delayed with the option of canceling or waiting, I was given an approximate date of delivery and an apology.
