amazing product, worth it any penny.

I had bought a lash tinting kit by strictly professional from this site, the price on the website had said £26.49, it had come with a tag on it half ripped off saying £1... so they’re robbing people blind. I’m assuming the actual price of this item was between £10-19. What a joke.

The product came quickly, was neatly packaged and is exactly what I expected

I can highly recommend Hair Products Online. I had a slight problem with a purchase and the response from Customer Service was very quick and was sorted out immediately. I would definitely use this company again, especially as prices are much lower than on other websites.

Really good my order arrived on time , the only little moan was the packaging I didn’t think was strong enough the reason being it had a tear and one packet of hair rollers was open but everything was intact

Product not available so no show

I ordered a product which never arrived. When I chased it up after a week I was told they had 'attempted to pick it six times' but that it appeared to be out of stock and they hadn't been able to source it elsewhere. So why didn't they let me know?

Bought an item from them. they sent a smaller item. Only when returning it did they turn around and force a refund after me telling them explicitly I wanted an exchange. Now mysteriously the price has gone up by 50% and they say I need to buy it at the higher price. Trading standards are now involved and they are being investigated
