We have always used Haj & Umrah Travel Limited for our Umrah. Once we had given them the dates they organised all the bookings, visa and muqeem forms to register our Covid details for Saudi Arabia. Had to buy saudi sims for the 2 apps required in Makkah and Madinah. The hotels in Madinah (Frontel Harithia) and Makkah (Conrad) were very good. Enjoyed our Umrah and would definitely recommend Haj & Umra Travel Limited. Brothers Amin, Ali and Ahmed, may Allah bless them, are always very kind and helpful and make our travel easy for us, Alhamdulillah.

I had the best experience ever with this company. Mr Amin, Mr Ahmed and Dr Ali, all of them are super kind, honest and supportive. They helped me despite many un expected circumestances which could have ruined the journey. Their service is fast, honest and very helpful and flexible. They are very kind and polite.

The whole experience has been simply brilliant from booking, travel, accomodation, transfers, the knowledgeable Sheikh from Madina and above all visiting the Rowdha, the Kaaba and other Ziyarahs. As with previous visits I have recommended Hajj and Umrah Ltd to all my friends and family and if anyone else is looking for a great package definelty contact Hajj and Umrah.

My first Umrah experience with Haj and Umra Travel has been memorable. The whole Umrah package was fantastic including detailed Ziyarah trip in both Medina and Makkah. The tour guide Brother Abbassy was very knowledgeable and friendly which made me and rest of us comfortable during our journey. Both Hotels in Medina and Makkah were brilliant and convenient. I would recommend Haj and Umra travel to brothers and sisters who want to go for either Umra or Haj.

I and my husband went for Umrah in early September this year and had a fantastic, smooth journey from beginning to end. We had a five nights stay at Frontel Harissa in Madinah and another 4 nights at Dar Al Ghufran in Mecca. Both hotels are in immediate vicinity of both Prophet Mosque and Masjidilharam and offered a five star service in all aspects.

We truly appreciate suggestions to arrive to Madinah first as it didn't require slot booking using Tawakalnna Apps to enter into the mosque and furthermore, it took two days for Tawakalna apps to activate. We follow the advice to bring photocopy of NHS Covid Pass and had proven to be extremely useful during first few days when we did not have Tawakalna yet.
Our inbound flight to UK was via Jeddah and the company had brilliantly organised this so that we do not have to travel to Riyadh, our point of arrival to Saudi.

We can highly recommend this company as we will getting in touch with them again for future trips to Saudi.

The service and expertise from Haj and Umra Travel is first class and they understand all your travel requirements . Marshallah I have now just completed my 3rd Umrah with Haj and Umra in the last year or two. I’m so happy I have found them in London. The team are very friendly and arrange flights, visas and hotels so efficiently. It is very much a bespoke travel service and very well priced. The hotels in Mecca and Madinah are very close to the mosques and are off a very high standard . All packages are ATOL protected which is excellent. You can contact the team very easily by phone or email and also visit the shop in London. May Allah keeping on inviting me and my family and I will only now use Haj and Umra in the future. Alhamdulillah, managed to complete our umrah. The organisation of the trip was fantastic. Brother Amin was true to his word and everything was as he explained from commencing the journey to the return flight. The umrah was very well organised. Everything was on time and the hotels were lovely and near to the mosques. The benefits of going in a group exceeded our expectations. The sheikh raised us to the next level spiritually and we met many lovely people in the group. Our older children really enjoyed it too and has raised them on a spiritual level too. Visas were arranged very promptly too.

We have just got back from umrah two weeks ago and we have been travelling with haj and umrah for 19 years and can say they are amazing there’s no hidden costs to worry about and you get a good package and honest advice from them, there’s never been an issue with the hotels or transfers and everything is run smoothly from start to finish.
