I have been with Hales Wickford team for almost 3 years,I have great support from the office and I enjoy my clients and spend quality time with my clients ,helping them achieve their goals and encouraging them to succeed in little things that brighten their day.i go above and beyond in all my clients calls and have never had a complaint,like anything you will have good and bad reviews but I would definitely chose Hales Wickford if you are looking for that personal caring touch for a loved one .x

I work for hales swaffham and I have found it a fantastic company ti work for. Great support from above. The carers we have are highly trained and great carers.

Absolutely disgusting carers do not believe the 5 star ratings after 2 days of caring for a family member and a lot of poor care and not abiding to the care plan set in place I got rid of them . Disgusting customer care no help ful staff to complain too . I have never been so disappointed and disgusting with this carers in my entire life

Recently got to know from a client that Hales Home Care is one of biggest care company in Leeds, Respect our branch manager - Helen's guidance and diligent is much supportive to achieved it with all care staff and Coordinators, got to know our branch coordinator Chloe recently came off from holiday to support at branch and much appreciated her kindness and support by all care staff, and also Melissa, Tracey, Holly, Megan, Katarina always helping all around! it's pleasure to work with kind understanding and supportive office staff, my care colleagues and clients!

I think it’s funny that all these positive 5 star reviews were all left around y he same day. this might have something to do with the fact they were all offered £5 to write a review on indeed and google. It’s nice to know this company has £5 to chuck around yet can’t afford to pay their own employees money they are owed. Don’t be fooled by seeing the good reviews that are coming from the staff who defend their immoral behaviour.

It has been an interesting and wonderful moment working for hales Home care. I came in as a new carer and ever since I started working with hales I have learnt alot. The office staff are so Amazing and always give ear to all complaints. They always have the interest of all at heart. Our clients satisfaction is our number one priority.

I have worked for Hales for just over 6 years now. I was new to care when I started as I had always worked 9am-5pm in office environments. I was very nervous when I started. My nerves were soon put at ease due to receiving endless support and ongoing training from the office. I work with a lovely caring team and we pride ourselves on the fact that we make a difference every singe day. No two days are the same so it definitely keeps you on your toes. You have to “care” to become a carer and I’m proud to be a part of Hales who do actually care about their staff and service users. I can honestly say I love my job.

Very good company with person centred care first and foremost .The have a very good training programme,which is constantly encouraging staff to undertake to provide a ongoing good quality, care and caring environment, good cultural knowledge, respect for all and good repor with clients , families and also the work force .
There is excellent communication between clients and the staff only a phone call away .

Ive been here 2 months I’ve learnt lot of things from training and real time experience. I have just started on my own run working as a team enjoying everyday working with them. Office staff is very supportive and easy to talk to.

Like any job you only get out of it what you are willing to put in
If you’re not happy then only you can do something about it
Maybe I am one of the lucky ones who is fortunate enough to have a really good partner and some wonderful service users which obviously makes my working day a good day
As for the office staff well you hear carers say but they don’t listen but to be honest I don’t think I would if I had carers shouting down the phone at me all the time.
But just because the office are not allowed to tell us a lot of things due to confidentiality does not mean that things are not getting dealt with
I know as I do myself get frustrated but hey at the end of the day it’s all part and parcel of the job

Hales is a lovely company, i really got chance to work with amazing people, i love working with hales we also really nice staff in office very supportive, it's my pleasure to work for this company

I have been working at Hales for over six years now and it has been a amazing place to work. I work with the one of the hardest working teams here ;). The office staff are helpful and very supportive. The manager is hardworking, understanding and straight to point. It has been my pleasure to look after some of people that are kind, brave and make my job worthwhile.

Leeds team-
is a wonderful team to work for, carers are always lovely to speak to and always lend a helping hand when needed, the care workers will never see a client without a care call and will ensure everyone is attended to and standards are met.

Truly a critic when it comes to professionalism but from the reception team to the trainers, the service is quite impressive.

Helped build my confidence and always make me feel appreciated. Before I worked at hales I felt really unsure about what I wanted to achieve while working in care, and they encouraged me to progress and achieve the best out of my job role.

I have worked for Hales/Niche for 3 years now, I started off as a Field Care Supervisor, then progressed to become a Care Co-ordinator, I have now since progressed to be Branch Manager, the whole team support you and listen to any problems you may have. There is always room for progression and you are supported throughout this.
