I've always found Hallowood to be extremely good, the furniture I've bought has always been excellent, delivery is always on time and the guys are always very helpful.

Aston magazine table with power sockets. Good product but a couple of points to note. Firstly, there was a missing hole through a corner joint so we had to hack it out to get the bolt through. Secondly, the item is by far the most "orange" oak colour of all my oak and oak effect furniture. Keeping the item because it's useful, but wasn't expecting it to be so orange!

The furniture unfortunately came damaged, but the exceptional customer service quickly made up for it. A replacement was sent out promptly and arrived within just a few days, hassle-free.

Found just what I was looking for (drop leaf table and four chairs for my small kitchen). Easy to order and quick delivery. Easy to assemble table and chairs. Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased via Amazon a nest of three tables described as new. A very slight discount was offered to reflect this so I expected minor imperfections. When they arrived I noticed considerable damage including a large scratch, the stuck on veneer coming away from the wood underneath and misaligned leg joints making one table unstable. Certainly not worth the £150 I paid. It was apparent that these tables featured in a previous negative review on Amazon and had been returned. Although not fit for purpose, either in appearance or practically, they were again mis sold. These would not have passed quality control of any company that valued customer satisfaction. Fortunately, after escalating a grievance with Amazon the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Would not recommend or use this company again.

Instructions for assembly were step by step and very clear. All parts needed for assembly were enclosed. All pieces were in good condition and end result fit seamlessly into lounge environment.

My Aston light oak telephone/plant table arrived on time and was packaged superbly. All assembly parts were there and each individually numbered. I must say the assembly instructions were the best I've ever had so table was easy to assemble. The finished item is very good quality and is exactly as shown on the website. Would definitely shop here again.
