Bought my first purchase from Hallowood Furniture earlier this month, am very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the reasonable price. The ordering process online was easy and I was amazed at the speed of delivery. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy new furniture.

Furniture arrived damaged, customer service first class. Replacement arrived within days no problem.

Great customer service. Replies promptly to emails and great courier service for delivery. The cabinet is high quality and would highly recommend.

All arrived as expected all packing fine but the frame of the table had been damaged where a leg attached and fixings fell away. Looking at the fixings they were not man enough for the job. I reset the frame and used better fixings which seems to sort the problem. It must be said that Hallowood would not have seen this damage as the packaging was undamaged and looked fine it was obviously damaged during manufacture,packaging or shipping. No reflection on Hallowood at all being fair. I wasn't going to make this an issue as the fix was easy and the cosmetics of the table were untouched. The quality above and beyond this issue is very good.

Hallowood kept me updated about the delivery times. The tables were delivered on time. They were well packaged and in perfect condition. The ordering and payment were very straightforward. Both tables look smart and are solidly made.
I would highly recommend this company.

Good item unfortunately damaged by courier, but swiftly collected and replaced.

I received my Waverley drop leaf table today November 6th in light oak.I am absolutely thrilled.The colour and quality is perfect.Couriers delivered on time and I had paid to have it assembled and packaging taken away.They did this in no time at all,they were polite and thorough.I really cannot fault anything.Megan was so helpful sorting everything out and this was a hassle free wonderful experience.I will order from this company again,pure quality.Thank you so much!!

Item was as described - it's the only one I could find that fitted the space. Furniture that isn't flat pack is very pricey now, this seems adequate for the price paid. Delivery was two man as promised, trackable and within the time window, and they did actually take it upstairs to the room concerned. As per their conditions they don't unpack, so make sure you aren't too old to do that and can dispose of packaging. It is NOT 'white glove' delivery as it is free.

HOWEVER Hallowood's comms are a shambles. the phone number on their email does not work, I was told that 'the person who answers the phone is on holiday until next week'. Who on earth runs a company like that? If things go wrong you are reliant on them deigning to answer emails, not good.

So I got what I paid for when I expected it - but I wouldn't use them again, too stressful.

Order ID: 205-4754802-9275508 - Console Table. Over a few months, part of the top became faded. It had not been in direct sunlight and had nothing spilt on it. Amazon contacted the Co who emailed me asking for pictures. They came back and said it was due to "Deep Cleaning" and they would not refund. Not even any mention of a partial refund. Now, I have cleaned furniture for 4 decades and I am pretty sure my cleaning has not changed over that much. So, if you do order from the company, best not to clean the furniture just in case it is to deep.
