Top Marks For Sam!!

** Update **
I think you should go back and read up on all of this before you make a comment as I have raised a formal complaint with Sam. I have also asked to escalate this and I have been told that I can't go above Sam?!?! The first finance contract was agreed and I have never disputed this but why would we enter into a finance contract to have a voiceover on my line? I was told by Sam last week that there is no such thing as finance for an IVR and that is simply known as an add on. I am awaiting a callback from Sam directly this morning but in the meantime, whoever wrote this reply really should check the facts before steam rolling in with false information.

** Further Updates** 1 Star is too much!
Proceed with caution. This company will force you into a finance agreement even if you don't need it. They push you from pillar to post when they don't want to deal with you. Samuel Duckworth is the complaints manager but you cannot go above him. There is no way to escalate your complaint after Sam and they don't even care when you involve Ofcom. Be very very wary of false promises just to get you into a contract!

UPDATED Review:- Everything was fantastic until the contract had been finalised and ever since, the customer service has been appalling. As a result, I am now looking for an alternative provider. It seems that once you have given a 5* review you are no longer a priority.

After contemplating the switch for over 2 years we finally threw caution to the wind and jumped in with both feet!!

We have yet to be disappointed.

Danny set everything up for us and tailored the package to suit our requirements. Sam was our installation engineer. Nothing is too much trouble for him despite me pestering the life out of him!!

All-round excellent service and were looking forward to decreased telecom bills & working with Halo for the foreseeable future :-)

We are sorry that you feel you have been forced into an agreement that you did not need. However, in this case you have not only signed one agreement but you have signed two agreements. Each of these have legally binding order forms, legally binding finance contracts and two separate install documents which your company signed to say they were happy with the services installed.

We have listened to the requested calls and found no evidence of mis-selling or malpractice. Should you wish to cancel your agreements, you are more than welcome to do so and in this case your termination fees would be due.

In this case you have not raised a formal written complaint, should you wish to do so then please email Samuel.Duckworth@TheHaloTechGroup.com with a written breakdown of your issues and we shall happily investigate it further.

Jack was friendly and helpful for a non tech person like myself who struggles with most new things. As far as I can tell everything is set up and he was quick to say ring back if there is anything I don't understand and need help with.

Had nightmares with this company to get a call back until Jess Bamping took control of the situation and did more in 24 hours than the rest of customer service managed in almost 2 months.Thank you Jess, for listening and being so helpful!

Very bad service worst company to work


Very bad service worst company to work with regret moving on to this company from day one no one answering the phones and dealing with faults on the telephone over Christmas period had asked to have Christmas opening and closing hours playing on message in evening and through the Christmas period not done down to one line at the premises and not even a call from support to rectify the matter very unsatisfied.

Good Morning, I'm very sorry that you feel frustrated with the level of service that you recieved over the holiday period.
I've checked your account, and we recieved your request of the 13th December and the out of hours message was added to your lines. However, there was a network fault on your line which caused the message not to play.

You tried to call our support line on the days that we were closed (Christmas day, Boxing day) and we made all of our customers aware of this in the weeks leading up to christmas. The fault was then fixed on the 27th December.

I have added a free months line rental to your account as a gesture of goodwill.

A satisfied customer...

We had lots of conversations with Halo over several months. We eventually bit the bullet and decided to go with them for our broadband service. Glad we did! The service from installation to implementation has been excellent. Highly recommended, thank you.

Jack was brilliant!!!

Jack was brilliant.
I was on the phone to him for over an hour and he was super helpful.
I was able to really understand the set up and with Jack's help it looks like we are all set up.

Swapped our BT 'Clown' phone for a effective Halo service in the 'cloud'

After months trying to get a BT cloud phone system (or as we affectionately called it Clown Phone) to work properly we swapped to Halo where we have been impressed with every team member we deal with, quality of service and non-nonsense pricing. We would definitely recommend!

best internet based phone service

I received a call from this company around a year ago and I’m so happy that I did. They really know what there doing and do what they say there going to do. My life is so much stress free knowing any problem I have they can sort instantly. Nothing appears to much to ask for.
I recommend anyone needing any kind of phone service to ask them guys what they can do. You won’t be dissatisfied

Brilliant experience!

After a few years of putting up with the so called "customer service" offered by talktalk, I decided it was high time to switch our telephone provider. Halo Connect were offering a fully bespoke system to me, something I've never seen any other company offer, so I signed up in a heartbeat! Anytime I want to change a setting or the way my system works they are only a phone call away and you always get through to someone UK based who can help you out! Overall, when you consider the helpful account managers, accomodating sales staff and stellar customer service/it support, I can't think of a reason why anyone wouldn't choose Halo Connect for their telephone/broadband needs
