Halo connect have been fantastic!!

Honestly, I’m so pleased with how moving to halo has turned out!!

The engineers have been fantastic, they got me and my team set up quickly and efficiently and with a lot of patience!

They even bought me out of my existing contract with BT so that I could move across without incurring any fees!!

Brilliant!!

Would highly recommend to any business. From start to finish my experience was simple, efficient and pleasant! They reduced my bills significantly and you Can always get through to customer service, rate 10/10 for service, price and experience

I joined hallo connect juts before Christmas and I must say the process was very simple and straightforward, my phones where on site with with in 2 days and then the service team contacted me and took me through a very simple set up process
They also saved me 20% on my current bills

We can't thank Anthony Baldwin enough, he was a pleasure to deal with, very respectful of our work place and clients. He was very professional and knowledgeable and has answered any daft questions we've had, he made sure we was confident with the new phones and knew what we was doing. Excellent 👌

Want to say a huge Thank you to Anthony Baldwin for his support over the past year. Sadly I am leaving my role and have had to make a few changes to our phone service in preparation. Anthony was able to quickly deal with my request and achieve what was needed. He is always a pleasure to speak to on the phone and has always solved our issues.
Halo are lucky to have Anthony on the team!

Great experience & service all round. We set up a new company and the team advised us on best phones and reliable headsets.
Jess went above and beyond with updates along the way and made sure we had a super quick install.
Can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them for our future mobile, hosted and broadband!

When Halo Connect first called, I thought it was just another random caller trying to sell me a service I didn't need.

After reluctantly agreeing to a 5 minute phone call, I was connected with Ella, who was just lovely to speak to. Her knowledge and manner on the phone was exceptional - I don't know what your paying her, but she definitely deserves a raise!

After a few further phone calls we signed up and installed the phone system. Admittedly, parts of the backend systems are complicated. But I've been able to annoy Jack every since we got the new phone and every time he has been able to make all the changes I needed himself in a speed manner - He probably deserves a raise too.

Was overcharged £500 by Halos finance company on initial setup. Found the whole process of setting up the service very complicated and confusing, was not given a copy of the contract and the terms and length of contract was not properly described to me. Finance company has still not return the overcharged amount. Have tried to cancel contract, but just get ignored. The service is definitely not what I expected, and therefore will not be using it going forward.

Jack was very helpful and efficient setting up our new business phones.

Spoke to someone last week and couldn't of been more helpful.
Everything needed was sent out quickly and arrived on time.
Today Jack called to help me set everything up and was excellent to deal with and had follow up emails already confirming everything is working as jt should.

Great service from Tom and Jess. Even though we had delivery problems and installation delays the guys were always on hand to answer queries and support.

Can't thank Anthony Baldwin enough for his help and support with setting up the soft app for the phones. His patience with the non tech savvy me was excellent! Total Legend! Looking forward to the remainder of the install at the office also.
Praise also where it is due, Daniel Caines has been an excellent facilitator in getting all of this organised and set up!

Our Church changed phones to Halo Connect last year, and have had no regrets. We have been able to completely personalise our phone communication with a variety of voicemail messages to cover different situations, as well as setting the phone to our Office opening hours. Features such as; the CallSwitch app, voicemail to email, and call forwarding has been especially helpful during COVID19.

The support team have been very helpful and always reacted in a timely manner. Recently we have had a pleasing experience with Anthony Baldwin who was extremely helpful and acted on/ resolved our request straight away.

Really helpful and quick to assist with my issue, issue did take 2 weeks to resolve but from no fault of the halo engineer.

Very professional smooth installation despite current Covid climate
Very quick and professional service from Halo Connect, Anthony came and installed the phone system at both of our sites far faster than expected, only taking a single day! After care support has been fantastic, any questions have been quickly dealt with, so far so good. Thank you again!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some other negative reviews about Halo Connect.
Extremely poor customer service.
Payments taken twice from my account - Took them over a month to get a refund and the only thing I kept being told, was:- I will let you know when I have an update.
It's taking over 3 months for them to port my number from the original provider and still nothing, once again I keep being told, I will let you know when I have an update.

Its poor service and I feel so disappointed I have to write this review but maybe, just maybe someone will look into these issues or who knows they might get in touch when they have an update, which can easily be next year.

AVOID... Safe yourself from stress

Avoid this company. They started accidentally billing us twice a month, and despite asking on 6 separate occasions and being promised a fix we are still out of pocket 6 months later. They flat out ignore emails or promise to return phone calls and never do. Mistakes happen but Halo are terrible at handling them.
