Fantastic service. Sent in a photo of our tilt and turn window lock that we didn't have a key for. Company were able to correctly identify which key fitted and delivery was quick. Would highly recommend!

So simple - sent two photos of my window locks by Messenger, a link to the correct key on their website came back to me the same day. Keys mailed the following day and arrived two days later! Perfect!!!

I sent the company a picture of my uPVC handles and they identified the key I needed within 24 hours. I ordered the key for and received my delivery a few days later. I would highly recommend.

After breaking a key in a window lock I couldn't find any other keys that looked like it on the web. After contacting them sent pictures of the key and the lock. They recommended a particular key and I bought two. Arrived today and fits perfectly. Even seem better quality than the one that broke. Would certainly use again.

On phoning H&H to check that what I was ordering for a window mechanism was correct I was spoken to by a very helpful lady, who informed me that I didn't need all that I was ordering and therefore saved me money. She ran me through the specifications needed for the lock which I received and fitted, the window is fine now.

Absolutely fantastic. High quality service, clear guidance to help you choose the right options. Bespoke handles I could not find anywhere else to fit behind my shutters.

Just a brilliant service, managed to snap the door handle from my bi folds on Sunday afternoon during lockdown, after a major stress found Handles and Hinges online. Found the replacement part, ordered online without any problems. Its now Tuesday lunchtime, new handle fitted.
Couldn't ask for more, excellent service.

It pains me to write this as the experience I received was deeply disappointing. I placed an order on Friday and requested that if it could arrive on Tuesday as it was my only day off. The lady I spoke to said unfortunately due to next delivery She could only do this on Monday. She then asked me to hold and will see if she could get it delayed and dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. When she came back on the phone and agreed to this, it was pleasing as I didn’t fancy calling up again just to place an order on Monday (simple task). I did mention to the lady if she could leave a note saying to dispatch on Monday so it doesn’t get delayed. She told me not to worry and that the warehouse are good at making sure it gets delivered. All seemed well.

I spent all morning removing my latch on Tuesday and then waiting and waiting for my delivery. My little girl obviously was becoming frustrated. I kept thinking to myself surely it will be here anytime soon. I decided to call. I got through to Arran who seemed to stutter and cough once I gave him my order details. This didn’t leave me with any confidence and felt I was about to be let down. I asked if I would be receiving my item. He informed me I wouldn’t and blamed TNT not for collecting it yesterday. I didn’t received any apology from Arran or sense any sympathy when I told him of my situation and the fact I had not received a phone call. He simply stated, what would you have us do, it’s not their fault. I asked if the manager could call me.

I soon received a call from the manager, Miles. He apologised repeatedly for TNT not collecting the package. He also said I wasn’t the only one and that there will be an investigation into the matter. He also mentioned that they are a small business and to imply they can’t do everything. As when I mentioned that a courtesy call to customers would of been most appreciated. He then became very irritated as if i was being rude. I had to explain if I couldn’t full delivering something, I would call my customers as it’s common curtesy. As now I’ve no security on my back door to keep my family safe or my belongs be secure at the moment.

I really feel there was this serious lack of care or even trying to offer any form of reduction to the delivery cost I paid for the next day delivery as I’m sure TNT most likely will be reimbursing them and still collecting their packages. Miles did not offer any kind of good will gesture or assurance that I would get a better service from them.

I have never left a terrible review in all my life and I really hope I receive my refund and that the company does improve on its customer service.

Great service. Took a photo of handle then emailed it to them. I then received a quote. Paid for key a day later it’s delivered. Fantastic can’t go wrong.

I ordered some low profile conservatory window handles and door handles - hard to find handles designed to fit behind shutters. They arrived within a couple of days, well packaged by courier. The door handles are apparently a new product where the handle folds neatly against the door frame when not in use. I could not make the second pair of handles function correctly so I contacted Customer Services. The true test of good customer service is how they respond to problems. Handles & Hinges were excellent, fully supportive and quick to respond with a very helpful solution. I now have very cool door handles in satin chrome that will sit nicely behind my new shutters.

Was sceptical they could tell you what window key you need from a photo of the handle but it works! Very happy indeed. Great service.

So fast in replying to their emails, yet to receive the key part but so happy I found them instead of enlisting a repair man or landlord.

One of our window handle locks was broken and beyond repair. Was not sure if it was possible to get a replacement but prompt guidance from Handles & Hinges suggested it was and asked for me to send images.
Sure enough, it was narrowed down and the nearest match was ordered. Handle arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Very pleased and would recommend.

Excellent service and delivery. 15 window handles Ordered wed, arrived midday Friday all installed by 2 pm same day. Excellent product and easy installation thanks to comprehensive instructions both in measuring and link to installing. My tarnished brass handles are in the bin and the windows look brilliant. Many thanks.

Easy to use website to identify what window hinges I needed, and even have some YouTube guides for figuring out the size needed. Quick delivery, and product looks identical to what I had before--stamped with company name so not a cheap knockoff.
Very happy overall.
