Ordered a low profile handle as I forgot to take into consideration the handle on the window when getting a freezer. Ordered on a Thursday night and received it on Saturday morning. Great range and prices

1 star is too high, as all they have successfully achieved is to take the money from my bank account, including a fee for 24 hour shipping. After 72 hours and no delivery AND no confirmation from Royal Mail that they have even received the parcel, I had no choice but to call them.

The lady I spoke to, who later claimed to be the Branch Manager, offered an apology and a poor explanation about The Royal Mail's terrible service, which has been sub-standard for a significant period of time apparently. This service, however, they continue to use and continue to take payment from their unsuspecting customers.

Some of their customers may have all the time in the world to receive their parcel and some may even enjoy the lottery of not knowing when it's coming but I needed this product to make a rental property safe and legal by a specific date and ordered the item in good time, with 3 days of contingency built in and still they failed.

What finally led me to write this review was the manager 'choosing' not to put me through to the
owner (her words) once she had turned down the opportunity of me offering to drive to their business to collect the item personally, at full cost to myself for my fuel and time.

This individual's complete and utter apathy towards my plight, caused by Handlestore's poor delivery process, which they continue to use, despite having no faith in it themselves, is what I find the most unprofessional aspect of this extremely poor experience.

I urge any potential customers not to order from this company if your order is in anyway time sensitive. Please ignore the claims made about delivery times, as they are rarely adhered to by the delivery company that they choose to use and tracking is often non-existent due to a lack of scanning parcels in a timely fashion, which is all info you don't want to hear when asking where your parcel might be but was too readily forthcoming from the manager's mouth, as it happens all the time apparently... shocking service, response and outcome, in spite of my own efforts to rescue the situation!

Terrible EU shipping and completely useless customer service!
Worst experience ever! You would think that shipping to Denmark/EU would be a simple task, but they managed to mess it up spectacularly.I placed my order over a month ago and am still awaiting delivery. I have contacted their so-called customer service multiple times, and they completely neglect the fact that their job is to service customers, not create more frustration. They did absolutely nothing to solve the delivery issue except tell me to have "patience."It is completely unacceptable to wait this long for a regional delivery. They are not shipping goods to another continent using a carrier pigeon! I am now forced to cancel my order and dispute the payment. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to shop!

I dealt with two different people both provided excellent service with prompt responses. They were incredibly patient and help me select the correct product. Highly recommended

I ordered two door handles from HandleStore and, unfortunately, selected the wrong colour when placing my order.

I returned the items at my own expense and received a refund for the goods. What disappointed me was that the original delivery charge was not refunded. After contacting customer service, I was directed to the terms and conditions where this is stated, although I personally feel this could be made much clearer during the ordering and returns process.

To be fair, HandleStore refunded the full value of the products and did not do anything outside of their stated terms. My frustration is more with how visible the policy is rather than the refund itself.
the experience has left me reluctant to order again. A clearer explanation of the non refundable delivery charge at checkout or during the returns process would help avoid disappointment for future customers.

To their credit, HandleStore contacted me directly, listened to my concerns and refunded the delivery charge as a goodwill gesture. I still believe the policy could be made more visible, but I cannot fault the way Claire and the team handled the issue once it was raised. Thank you for taking the feedback on board."

Shocking company. Utterly incompetent. Spoke to Jane the manager - who refused to help.

As a mildly competent diy bloke , when the bi fold door handle sheared away I thought I would need a locksmith.
After some research I found ‘Handlestore.’
The web site is clearly laid out for non-experts and has very practical tips and video links to guide you through the process .
But what makes their service so excellent is the prompt and clear response to email queries.

The customer service team confirmed that I had the correct item and answered all my questions.
Great companies have great people who care.

Handles only lasted a few years. Really poor quality and rubbish customer service

What a fabulous experience shopping with these guys. Absolutely delighted with service, product and price. Website quick/easy, defo the best pricing I found, design and quality are superb with all necessary fittings provided. Delivery (Royal Mail) was speedy with a sensible charge and packaging. I fitted in minutes and they look great. They even got the comms right - kept informed without overload. I'm difficult to please but first to praise - these guys are spot on.

I had struggled to find a suitable replacement for an odd-sized letterbox on a UPVC door.
I called and spoke to a member of their pre-sales team who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommended letterbox arrived promptly and was a perfect fit.I would highly recommended this company - great service, prompt delivery and good quality product.

Great customer service, responded to an email on a Sunday and as the order was marginally later than expected they upped the delivery to 24hr delivery.

My order was shipped very quickly, clear and updated communication by email so I knew when to expect delivery. Excellent quality product- exactly what I was looking for. First class service, highly recommended. 5 stars from me!

Handledtore provide extremely high levels of professional rapid service. I have always found their products to be of good quality at competitive prices.

Ordered two large trickle window vents but one got damaged en route. Alison in customer service quickly replied and sorted a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. The response and customer service to resolving this was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Vents fitted and work very well.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I ordered a handle for my front door but I didn’t fill in the address details fully. Rather than bung it in the post and trust to luck, like some other companies, I was contacted and asked to provide full details. Despite my error, the handle arrived quickly. It is a good quality product and fits well.

Door handles on UPVC doors thirteen years old, all tired. Getting on a bit and unsure what to order. Claire and Becky just fantastic talked me through it very knowledgeable had time for me. Explained a new security lock for our patio door was available and ordered that model.
Due to age of handle one other replacement was out of stock, but It was ordered and the whole order was delivered in two days just fantastic service. Thank you so very much really appreciated.

A handle broke on one of my UPVC windows. Given that the handle is over 20 years old and the company who fitted the double glazing is no longer trading, this gave me great cause for concern. I searched the internet and found the Handlestore website. It didn't actually take long for me to find something that I thought might be suitable. I looked at a couple of information guides for help. Eventually I came up with what I thought might do the job. I ordered a handle and it appeared the next day. Top quality and far better than the ones originally supplied with the windows. It went straight on with no problems and works perfectly. Excellent company and highly recommended
