Ordering gifts from Australia
I have not seen the gift but the people where happy. I am not in the UK and given a delivery time for the next day, while my night time made it hard. It would be better to have times not just days when ordering. As it was a surprise gift I did not want the to have to stay home and wait.

Unfortunately, we rely on a courier to deliver our gifts across the UK, so we are unable to offer timed delivery slots when ordering. However the courier does send out 'one hour' delivery windows on the morning of the delivery, if you provided a mobile number for the recipient so they wouldn't have to wait in for the delivery. Their interactive service is also very useful as they offer collection at a local point to their home address, or delivery to a neighbour if they are not going to be home.

Both the food and wine were of good quality and certainly enjoyed by the recipient eventually. I sent the hamper as an 85th birthday present but it wasnât delivered until late evening which I personally found disappointing.
