All went well and I'm pleased with the results.

I have been very unhappy with the shape of my upper and lower abdomen for many years. I try and visit the gym 2 to 3 times each week and generally follow a healthy diet. However despite numerous attempts to improve my abdomen shape I have failed. This additional weight around my waist has affected shopping for stylish clothing and also swimwear.
I decided to research the various options to help improve the abdomen and inner thighs. I discovered Dr Comins at Hans Place and was very impressed with his portfolio of before and after photos. I attended a consultation with Dr Comins in relation to having vaser liposuction given its lesser recovery time than other surgery. Dr Comins was polite, genuine and honest about the results I could expect. Shortly following my consultation I agreed to have the procedure.
I am 3 weeks post op. Just had vaser lipo on upper and lower abdomen, flanks and back. The procedure went well. I had IV sedation and slept throughout. Honestly I was sore for about 4 to 5 days where I had difficulty stretching back and getting up and down out of a chair or bed. Painkillers helped to manage the pain well. Returned to work 1 week after and was also driving within 4 to 5 days.
The results so far are very impressive I cant believe where all the excess has disappeared to! Saw Dr Comins today who advised that my abdomen is still swollen and it will look much better given time. I know that Dr Comins will ensure that the final result is to his satisfaction and I have the utmost confidence in his experience and skill in vaser lipo.
Returning end of January to have second procedure. So far I'm very impressed with whole experience and of course my much flatter abdomen! Shopping for clothes will become far more enjoyable.
Looking forward to getting other procedure done in January.
Based on my experience so far I would definitely recommend Dr Comins for vaser lipo. He is one of the most skilled and experienced vaser lipo physicians in the UK.

I am very pleased with my vaser liposuction results to the abdomen and flanks. As a lean and fit female in her late 40s who had a few areas to refine, it was very important for me to find a surgeon that wasn't just removing fat, but someone who was very detail oriented, experienced and truly interested in providing an aesthetically pleasing result. In my opinion, Dr. Comins has certainly met and exceeded my expectations. He is not just a surgeon, but an artist. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Comins is brilliant, really thoughtful and considerate and takes the time to listen to your concerns. I highly recommend him, not only for the fantastic work he does but the fact that he was very attentive and considerate of all my questions from consultation to well after the procedure! He was very thorough when I went in for the first consultation and he did not disappoint ever. Vicky and the support staff are delightful as well. My procedure went really well and the after care was very clear, Dr. Comins was always available and attentive after my procedure. My results were not optimal to Dr. Comins and so he suggested we have a revision procedure which we did. He could've easily left me with the results I had as they were not bad but he said I could look much better. Please note that I had quite a lot of abdominal fat to begin with! The revision went well and I'm happy with results. I would highly recommend Dr. Comins!

First ever surgery and so was an extremely difficult decision. Once I had the courage to investigate options, the problem then was where do I go (I didn't want to let anyone know and so couldn't ask for advice) ...I was on my own! Having searched the internet, it became obvious it's primarily about the surgeon rather than the place/practice itself. There were two doctors that appeared to the leading in Vaser - Dr Mike Comins and another. Given Hans Place was a smaller / more bespoke practice, I had assumed it would be much more expensive and so I went to see the other doctor first - he was quick to go straight into the options and offered good advice albeit it did feel a bit rushed. The cost however was much higher than expected and so I needed a second opinion and comparison hence I approached Dr Comins.

The personalised experience started from the moment I arrived. Greeted by Vicky and immediately after by Dr Commins (no waiting). It felt much more my style, Dr Comins listened to what I wanted, was honest with what was achievable, risks etc. I knew instantly I wanted to go with Dr Comins although was waiting for the cost to hit me! To much surprise, it was almost half the cost of the other place (no joke).

I took all the info away, considered very carefully and decided to go for it. Having had the surgery (3 months ago), I can honestly say the experience has been first class, I've never felt so confident and aftercare is great. Genuine thanks to Dr Comins, Vicky and Sharon (who does the MLD messages) - amazing team.

Whilst I don't plan on doing anything else, I'd trust Dr Comins with anything in the future.

In short, if you know Dr. Mike Comins works in the UK. you don't need to go somewhere else and when you do you don't want to go somewhere else. because he is perfectionist.trust me you won't regret.

As my first ever cosmetic surgery, I was bricking it. But I had absolutely no reason - Dr Mike Comins is a complete professional, and at my consultation he was incredible at putting any fears to rest. The staff there are all friendly and lovely too, and I am over the moon with the results of my vaser lipo. I can honestly say this is one of the best decisions I've ever made, but only because Hans Place Practice contributed a combination of fantastic factors to help me with this life-changing choice. I can't recommend Hans Place Practice enough, thank you again for turning what could have been a scary situation into one of the best experiences of my life.

Dr Mike, Vicky and the rest of the team are fantastic, approachable, supportive and down to earth. I had vaserlipo of my upper and lower abdomen and flanks and opted for sedation as this is a large area and then had my inner thighs done at a later date under local anaesthetic. I am a nurse and both procedures were carried out in a safe, clinical environment. The anaesthetist was extremely pleasant and professional and put me at ease and sedation was quick and painless, treatment under a local was bearable but uncomfortable at times. Dr Mike clearly explained treatment options in a non pushy way along with what results could be expected. I am over the moon with my new shape which I do not believe could be achieved through diet and excercise alone.....it has far exceeded my expectations!!! Pricing was very reasonable and value for money. Aftercare was superb and I was back at work in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Mike and the Hans Practice, A* on all aspects!!! A truly professional and caring service!!!

Mike and Vicky (reception) are superb as people both approachable and down to earth, that's so important to put you at ease. I would recommend them to the Royal family or my local bar lady! Mike is all about getting you to the place you want to be with your body. He is amazing. He refuses high definition on numerous patients. He explained to me as I have a PT/play squash and tennis it would be ok to get a six pack. He is master at it and an artist. I was reading about people going abroad for surgery and just think that is CRAZY. Your body is precious. It's not a piece of jewellery - its your 24/7 calling card, don't risk or barter with it! Book in, put it on a credit card or on finance and be happy with your body because when you feel that way everything is just easier. Earning more money, feeling sexy and just walking down the street all becomes more of a pleasure. I am taking my female mate there and I just know Mike will give non-pushy honest advice.

I came to Dr Mike Comins and Hans Place practice after several years working out, but at 52 I was having trouble removing those stubborn rolls of flab around the abs and love handles. I wanted the lean, sculpted look but also wanted a life to go with it. That’s when I investigated Vaser. My early research didn’t go too well. I paid £150 for a consultation to a well-known Vaser consultant who practices in Harley Street, only to have to wait weeks for their proposal, which ended up being expensive. I decided to look abroad and obtained a better price from a surgeon in Poland. My mind wasn’t quite made up though about going abroad for the treatment, for fear around the quality of any procedure and after care. This is when I came across Hans Place. Being located behind Harrods I assumed it was probably going to be as expensive as the first Harley Street practice but thought I would get a second opinion in UK before finally making up my mind. I am glad I did my research because the service and quality of result I received from Dr Mike Comins and his team was exemplary.
I paid for consultation and the doctor examined me and we discussed options for mid def. After my consultation the secretary had a full proposal ready for me within a few minutes, ready for me to take away and have a think. What was nice was that my consultation fee was refunded as well (not the case with the other Vaser surgeon). And when I looked at the proposal, the costs were on a par with the offer from the Poland surgeon. So, it is just not true that going abroad is always cheaper. I left the consultation knowing that I had found a top-notch surgeon, who was not pushy and where the pricing was fair and reasonable and certainly not extortionate. My booking procedure with Vicky, the office manager was great too and she sent me all prep instructions for surgery and managed my expectations in the run up to surgery.
On the day of surgery Dr Mike and the anesthetist sat me down and we went through the surgery and post-operative recovery. I was marked up for areas I wanted treated and all I remember next is that I woke up with a compression garment around me. I had upper and lower abs, flanks and some fat around the chest/armpit. For the first two nights at home Dr. Mike called me to check on how I was doing. I went back to the clinic after 5 days to have drains and stiches removed, which was painless. I am now 9 days post surgery. The first few days were a little rough but bearable and then I had the post-surgical swelling but that has died down considerably. I think Dr Mike Comins is the Michelangelo of Vaser. Not only does he know his craft, but he genuinely cares for his patients and has a team of people at the practice who also care. If you are reading this, worried about whether you should or should not have Vaser, I say make an appointment to see Dr Mike Comins. He really is the very best. The result I have I could never have achieved with any exercise or diet regime alone. Thank you Hans Place

I eat healthy 80% of the time and I’m very sporty. At 5’9 and size 10-12 I know I’m not huge but all my weight went straight to my stomach and it would get me really down. I’d find myself dressing to hide it and would always sit with my arms crossed over my middle. I’ve been talking of having vaser lipo on my abdomen for years and researched it to death. It was a big deal to me, I am not somebody who has the time or the money to spare but on the approach to my 40th I decided now or never! My intention was to have 3 consultations and I contacted Hans place and 2 others. From the start Hans place came across as the most professional, friendly and efficient so I booked that consultation first and never even booked the others!! Dr Commins was so personable and caring I knew I wanted him to do it. He encouraged me to sleep on the decision which I did and booked the next day. 2 weeks later I was in! The clinic is very clean and comfortable and the nurse really put me at ease. I opted not to have the anaesthetist so had a local anaesthetic and oral sedative. The procedure took about 3 hours and was bearable but uncomfortable. I got the train home and spent 3 days at home relaxing. By day 2 I managed a short walk and by day 4 I had returned to work. I was back in the gym within a week doing gentle exercises. I am still in the 6 month recovery period and am so far extremely happy with the result. I have lost 3 inches from my waist and feel so much less self conscious. I have been for my check up and Dr Commins has suggested he would like to see me again to perhaps do a little more to it. To me that shows how committed he is to his craft and I am fully confident in him that the end result will be life changing for me. I can not recommend Hans Clinic more.

At the initial consultation Mike was totally realistic regarding the outcome of Vaserlipo procedures, as to what was possible, what the likely outcome would be and he readily explained the pros and cons and answered my many questions! I knew, having done my research, that he would not take me on if he felt he could not achieve a good result, and I was impressed by his seriousness and professionalism.

The procedure went very well, and Mike left no stone unturned to ensure that the procedure and the final result was as successful as possible. Being quite courageous I chose the procedure without sedation. which to be honest was uncomfortable but was bearable, though I would recommend stretching to sedation if one can! The follow up and ongoing care was truly excellent, combining MLD therapy, antibiotics. Most unusually, I picked up an infection, a risk with any invasive procedure, but Mike’s care and kindness ensured this was properly and totally dealt with. Post operative treatment was also excellent, with the treatment of a few little areas of stubborn fat with Aqualyx which was injected under the skin. Even Mike was amazed by the final result, with a torso that looks decades younger. The result exceeded my expectations and I am truly delighted with the result. Dr Mike Comins and his Hans Place Practice team have been fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. They are warm, friendly and with Dr Mike Comins, one is in very safe hands. I would recommend him and the Practice without reservation.
