Picked up on time nice driver got us home

Clean and smooth running car, important when going over bumps due to injuries I have which get aggravated by pothole collisions.

Driver arrived a bit early and we were late. However when we did arrive he was helpful and polite, never commenting on having be kept waiting, nor charging extra. Will definitely use again.

Pre-booked 3 taxis this week for a specific time and they have turned up 20-30 minutes later! I dont pre-book taxis for the fun of it!

Booked up a journey to Wickford from South Woodham Ferrers to catch train to Southend airport for.
Taxi should have arrived at 14:30 and didn’t arrive until 15:03 created a very stress situation especially as we had booked up a flight. It upset my wife as she unfortunately suffers from anxiety at the best of times.

Your driver on the journey to our destination was great, polite, professional and a generally nice old chap.

Wish I could say the same for your driver who picked us up on our return journey, firstly he was late, from the onset he drove into the premium collection carpark even though it clearly states on the signs and it has a barrier to enter and once you are in there it’s a charge of £25 to exit… we were waiting in the normal collection point that is adjacent to the car park your driver went in the wrong pickup point then we had to go to him because the barriers would let him out without paying…. Then he wasn’t sure what to do and had to faff about paying the £25 exit fee, when the barriers finally let us out he almost drove into the barrier because he had forgotten the steering was facing the wrong way… the journey home was scary to say the least. He had no idea where he was going even though he had his satnav guiding him and several times I had to give him directions otherwise i have no idea where we’d have ended up… I’m not sure how long he’s had a driving licence but it’s most definitely questionable being that he was crawling along on the outside lane doing 36 mph in a 50 and cutting in and out of lanes because he had mistakenly got in the wrong lane in the first place. Your driver needs looking at or take a UK driving test!

Always on time, the pick up the phone which nowadays is amazing as some companies aren’t contactable. Happy cabs are really competitively priced too and the app is easy to use.
