Lovely friendly driver. I was on crutches and he was so patient and helpful as I struggled to get in and out of the car.

I like this company
The app is easy to use, never had a problem with the company. Drivers are polite and friendly. Cars are new and clean. I dont use taxis that much but the price seemed to be good. Will deffinatly use again

The rate that I gave was purely to the driver that drove me today to Broomfield hospital he was such a horrible and rude person.
He even said if I was not happy with the route I could get out from the car imagine the audacity of driver to the passenger for knowing the route to the hospital I could under if he was polite enough to say that route is more quicker instead of saying that my daily job .I understand everyone does have a bad day but you don’t purposely make someone else’s day bad .
Please HAPPICAB AUTHORITIES YOU NEED TO DO BACKGROUND CHECK OF THE DESIGNATE DRIVERS BEFORE YOU ASSIGN THEM TO THE CUSTOMERS.
As some drivers wouldn’t like to take some customers and then show their frustration and verbal aggression mistreat them like I face it today for just saying “You need to take that route” Imagine for the diver saying to the customer , it’s not the customer that the route but it’s the driver if not happy they could leave you in the middle of the road.
Very unhappy with the service and THE DRIVER sorry it felt like a racist attack never had I ever had complaint before, have been using happicab for so many years .
First time I had a driver that was rude to customer

Poor booking system and customer experience
Booked online the night before, selected to pay online, all went through and received a booking reference. Waited 10 mins for the taxi this morning, then called to see where it was, was told my card was declined last night and the booking didn’t go through…despite it completing online any receiving a booking reference….no mention of a card declinature. You’d think you would get notified if something was wrong or still turn up and be offered to pay in cash or card in the cab. I’ve now missed all my onward travel, really disappointed.

Great service and drop-off. Online booking system was too difficult to use so I had to phone to book.

Avoided lengthy roadworks and still managed to get me there early. Easy booking, good communication throughout and courteous driver. Would use again.

Stansted / Maldon airport transfer.
The outbound airport transfer was in time but the vehicle was too small - driver was very helpful but we did have to cram ourselves in with luggage on our laps & my wife’s walker wedged behind the drivers seat.
The return transfer was initially booked for the wrong date - quickly sorted & no extra charge. On the correct day the driver was bang on time in a bigger vehicle & was also super helpful.
It took a lot of emails back & forth to get the prices & book the taxi’s - but email responses were always quick.
