Won't be using this company again. They promote speedy delivery giving you the impression you will get the item quickly - you don't my latest order I have had to wait over a week for it to even be despatched even though it was in stock and I am still waiting. I've given them more than one opportunity to prove they can get things right. Customer service very poor indeed. They cannot answer my question as to how if you order before 1pm you get next day delivery (according to them) but if you order after 1pm like me you are still waiting over a week later for your item to be despatched. Won't be using again.

I have used this company a few times now giving them the benefit of the doubt.
But there are too many mistakes and "next day" delivery means sometme in the following week.
Now you can't even get in touch without ringing their expensive customer services number.
There are far better bird food companies out there so please save yourself the time and effort, don't use these.

Excellent service, the garden, container and basket plants arrived in perfect condition. Information about the order kept me updated on the orders progress and I tracked the order with the courier. Excellent in all areas. I couldn’t be happier, everything is planted up and I’ve got my fingers crossed for a beautiful display. Thanks again.

T & M are the best providers of all things garden related whether that is bulbs, flowers, trees, bushes, etc., etc. their prices are always competitive and the goods are excellent and comprehensive gardening advice comes with each purchase but more important their customer service is second to none. On the very rare occasions I’ve had cause for complaint about the condition Of a consignment it’s nearly always down to the courier firm they’ve used. There’s never any quibbles though as they replace the items f.o.c and say try the original purchase if you’ve got room as you never know they may well survive. On the odd occasion that’s Happened to me sometimes they have and it’s an added bonus!

We have ordered tomato plants and cucumber plants for a few years now, never had a problem with T&M but their carriers were a different matter, tomatoes delivered dry and beaten about, reported this to T&M and they kindly sent replacements which I am happy to say arrived in perfect condition and are now thriving in our greenhouse. Have always found T&M to be very good at service and after service, would always recommend them.

As per usual I ordered a number of tomato plants. However, had trouble with a couple of deliveries where the plants were in a bad state. On both occasions T & M were prompt in replacing the damaged plants, the replacements were in excellent condition.

Plants purchased were damaged in the post, however Customer Service arranged a replacement order which was perfect. Very pleased with T & M and their team.

Well, where to begin? I ordered two 25.5kg No husk No grow no waste wild bird seed on 17/2/23. Free mainland UK postage which is advertised doesn't include Inverness, but I took the hit, as it still worked out cheaper than my regular supplier. BIG mistake.

Items were listed as in stock, with estimated dispatch date of 24/2/23. So much for next day delivery. When I asked when my goods were to be dispatched, the date then moved to 27/2/23 and, in the following email, maybe the end of this week (so towards 3/3/23), as the goods weren't in stock at all, and there was no guarantee they'd be dispatched on 3/3/23, two weeks after my original order.
I asked for a refund, which was agreed. But it was initially just for the goods and not the £14.99 extra delivery charge. I mean, it's not cost the company to dispatch something they haven't actually got in stock yet! I did get that refunded, after another few emails.

Now back with my original provider, who are reliable and, when they state free UK delivery, they actually mean it.

Mix up concerning a delivery. Delt with speedily and thoughtfully by Wendy in Customer Services. Very pleased with the item and will be very surprised if I am not also pleased when the second delivery (containers) arrives shortly.

Excellent service.
The delivery company (Evri) left my parcel in an unsafe place & it was not there when I got home.
I notified the delivery company but got no response.
I then contacted Thompson & Morgan Customer service & they immediately issued a replacement.
Excellent result.
Other customer service departments should learn from this. Thank you

Very good product, but the company is being let down by its choice of shipping company. Order number one resulted in someone else’s box of wine delivered instead of birdseed. The shipping company seemed incapable of finding the original order. Happy Beaks was contacted and immediately and cheerfully re-shipped another box of birdseed which was safely received. Faith in vendor restored. Order two arrived, but again the shipper delivered it wrong - to a neighbour. But we found it and retrieved it. A good company that has my business despite shipping issues.

I have been a satisfied customer of Happy Beaks for some 18 months, but recently had two occasions where bird feeders I had bought failed to live up to expectations, with two vanishing without trace. Yesterday, at around 2pm I emailed them to tell them what had happened, but made no request for refund or otherwise. Three hour later I had an email from Becky on the Customer Service team advising me that both items (one puchased in May and the other quite recently) would be replaced. I'm both surprised with te speed of response and most grateful for the unexpected outcome.

My recent order didn’t arrive on time due to an error. This was immediately corrected by Happy beaks. They are an excellent firm to deal with their customer service is second to non. Their product speaks for itself as I have very happy birds

What has happened to my order of peanuts, awaiting pick up from Happy beaks for 2 weeks now, sent many e mails they just don’t answer anything , carrier refers me to Happy Beaks.

Wide range of choice, competition prices and fast delivery for items in stock. On one occasion, when the courier delivered to the wrong address, Happy Beaks customer service were very helpful and promptly resolved the matter.

I have shopped with Happy Beaks on many occasions and have always found their prices competitive and their service to be very good, especially when I recently had a glitch with my order. Once I contacted them they were quick to rectify it and did not make a drama out of a crisis. I will certainly return in the future.

We've been clients now for a few years and are very pleased with their products. Our wild birds eat the lot very quickly!

Great bird food ordered 12.75kg no grow bird seeds. My birds love it I'll definitely be ordering again, great service and delivery both 1st class.
