I have for the second time had to cancel an order for no grow no mess bird seed, and request a refund. No indication on the website that the seed is out of stock, indeed it says that despatch would be within 24 hours if ordered by midday. Have been told that despatch will not happen before 15/8/22. Just not good enough. Will not be returning to this company.

We placed an order for bird seed on Monday 11th July late afternoon and received the order today 13th July early morning. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks

Now I had no idea that Thompson and Morgan were part of or possibly owned Happy Beaks. I cannot find any reference to it on their site or on google.Ah I have just found it. I know that this is not a review as such but I thought it worth sharing the knowledge. I have shied away from using Thompson and Morgan as I read some bad reviews, but several companies including Dobies are lumped together here at bvg.
So who do you get in touch with, to lodge a complaint or a good review? Explained here, but I'm unable to post a link. Look up BVG brands

Dreadful, the claimed they had a bird feeder in stock, which I ordered for my father's birthday, took my money promised to deliver and only 3 weeks later when nothing arrived, when I complained did they admit that they didnt stock the product and could not source it

Do not order from Happy Beaks. I ordered over £150 worth of bird food (one of their bundles). Nearly a month later and I am still waiting for my items. Communication is shocking / inexistent. I chased, got given a dispatch date. Items still haven’t turned up, no communication, no explanation. It’s daylight robbery. Something is very wrong with this company. Do not, I repeat do not order from them. I am going to leave reviews wherever I can because this is beyond unacceptable.

Very very poor service...ordered 25kg of sunflower seeds via Amazon fulfilled as 2 x 12.75kg bags...only one bag arrived and have had to go through numerous requests for the second bag....NOTHING HAPPENS...so my assumption is that you are not interested in Customer Service...will NOT be using you again

Bird feeder arrived broken. Very cheap plastic and it was in a box which was far too large. I had also ordered Niger seeds but they arrived separately, this company uses separate suppliers. Not impressed and will not be ordering from them again.

I tried to order online and couldn't. Some problem with the banking system apparently.
So I phoned and ordered no problem but heard nothing. No email confirmation, nothing. So phoned to find the order was confirmed after emailing and found the order would be delivered in four weeks.
The website says order before 2pm and get next day delivery.
Work that one out someone for me please as I may have missed something. I have asked for a refund unless delivered at the latest mid next week.

Very disappointed as their products have been very good but customer service and ordering appears to have gone array somewhere along the line. Shame

Ordered lunchtime Thursday. Now 4.30 pm on Saturday ...no delivery, no tracking information. This means I now have to source food from a shop tomorrow. I've flown away from this company as from now.

My goodness, how has this company changed since it arrived on the scene a couple of years ago!! the first couple of orders were quite good but now I have to agree with all the bad reviews published ...Next day delivery just does not happen any more .. My order took three days to arrive despite ordering before 2.00pm as requested for next day delivery...And where is the customer service, they claim to get back to you within 24 hours not a chance I am still waiting after 5 days... I left Happy Beaks before because of the poor service and decided to give them a second chance...wont order again there are a lot of much more efficient outlets available for a very similar price

I am impressed with the high quality of Robin Food and Peanuts, as well as the design and versatility of the bird feeders which can be adjusted for the finer Niger seeds. Especially nice was the free gift of a giant sturdy peanut feeder. The delivery was very quick and the price reasonable. The website is well constructed and full of important information.

I will order from Happy Beaks again and will recommend it to all my friends.

Ordered 2 Bird Hotels with Solar lights beginning of July 2021 with a despatch date end August then they postponed despatch to mid September then postponed it to early October and then AGAIN to the end of October. I finally lost patience and cancelled the order and requested a full refund which I received in 4 days. I suggest that you call them prior to placing an order to check if they actually have the items you want in stock.

This company is a total disgrace. They could not organize a booze up in a brewery. I ordered bird food from them, and was told delivery would be next day. That was a lie. After six days it apparently had not been collected, let alone been sent! The supposed couriers (whistl) had not been contacted to collect this order!
If you are thinking of buying anything from Happy Beaks I strongly recommend that you think again.

Service here has really gone downhill over the last few months. Items just not turning up for weeks, customer service line costs a lot to call and the information they give you is inaccurate (‘being dispatched today’ - still not here over a week later). Website says ‘Free next day delivery’ - nope, still waiting a week later. Am going to switch to another store.

Ordered a seed feeder which was out of stock but had a delivery date later this month.
They took the payment immediately then sent a smaller (cheaper) version of the feeder!
I phoned to tell them, but hung up after 3 minutes. I was charged for the call on my phone bill.....
They do not answer messages/emails.

Very poor communication. Waited 5 weeks for an order, and still hasn't arrived.The phone number is a premuim number and costs a fortune to call. Emails pass you from pillar to post. Have used a few times and get issues most of the time. They used to advertise next day delivery but have removed that just as well because that never happened. But 5 weeks is ridiculous. I would not recommend using this service.

Avoid like the plague, very poor customer service. You have been warned!!!

Waiting 6 weeks for my order of mealworm excuse after excuse for delivery, delivery will be this date that date. Cancelled my order waiting now 10 day's for a refund no sign. Avoid this shower at all cost's.

Have ordered no grow/ no mess birdseed and sunflower hearts previously. Arrived no problem. Very good quality products. The birds love them and we didn't get growth in our pebbles underneath. We recently ordered again 25.5 kilos of each. Again arrived quickly with free gift of mealworms. Happy to rate as 4. Didn't rate as 5 yet as not needed to test their after sales service. Will continue to use Happy Beaks based on my experience.
