We have leased our computer gear from HardSoft for well over a decade now and due to a recent issue, through no fault of theirs, they have proven to be the go-to company for tech hardware as the problem was resolved promptly and with professionalism.
A huge thank you to the entire team, from Steve the Sales Director right through to Danielle who arranged the return of the faulty gear.
I cannot recommend HardSoft highly enough, long may our relationship continue!

Megan Roper went above and beyond to help me out with my return. DPD kept scheduling orders and then not showing up, so she had to keep rescheduling them for me. She eventually set-up a manual delivery with a hardsoft driver Richard after we had both given up on DPD. She was patient even when I was annoyed, and gave a total 5 star service.

Hardsoft were super helpful when one of our laptops broke down they swiftly repaired it. Special shout out to Michelle Airley, who provided great customer service.

The initial repair was done wrong where a US keyboard was added to the laptop and when I asked for another replacement the initial collection wasn't processed and when it was the wrong address was outlined. This left us with a very sub standard replacement much longer than we should
