I first spoke with Megan, as I found the online Boomerang form a bit confusing and I was really concerned about the packaging to ensure the kit was safe and secure. On the day of the collection, DPD had messed up and didn't sent a second box to collect a monitor. Megan moved really quickly to get this resloved and kept me adequately updated. Megan also surpassed my expectation by providing me with a fabulous work around to the failed collection. Thank you for all of your efforts, Megan. They were greatly appreciated.
