The classy marketing and name is unfortunately not matched by the service or finished product. The manager told me "if you wanted better quality you should have gone to Tom Howley", I wish I had. Poor service, rude staff who ignored emails and a bill from another joiner to fix a badly made kitchen island when Harvey George refused to pay to remedy their mistakes. The fitter turned up with no plans and made a bespoke island ad hoc which unsurprisingly went wrong. Poor communication, emails ignored and then told that an uneven floor level in an Edwardian house was to blame for a too short plinth and other faults in the island. Altogether a stressful experience. Not what I expected and very disappointing.

Really disappointed with my purchase. The measurements weren’t as stated on the website and Mark has been unwilling to talk to me to offer any resolution.

This is my second purchase from Harvey George. Fabulous products and fabulous service. My go to company for bathroom furniture.

Excellent customer service and a beautiful vanity unit. First time I tried to order the payment didn't go through, and I forgot to try later (I was buying lots of stuff for our building project and this slipped through the net), meaning my order didn't go through and I only realised 5 weeks later. When we contacted them and explained, they rushed through my order so it didn't hold up the rest of my new bathroom. This was hugely appreciated! Gorgeous product that exceeded expectation too.

Beautiful quality vanity unit. Easy to order on line. We were kept updated on the delivery date and the communication all the way through was excellent. We chose a unit in the purbeck stone colour which is a lovely grey with chrome fittings. Would highly recommend.

I bought a bathroom unit for a client in a bespoke F&B colour and was very impressed with unit finish and design. Will definitely be using again for future projects

I ordered the Ioana vanity and am very happy with my purchase. The service on the phone and email was very good. the quality of the product and the optio. of having bespoke colour is amazing. My only niggle is that the vanity depth is narrower than what i prefer but the sizes were displayed on the website and i ordered knowing this. on hindsight would have asked for other wider options. still the vanity in black looks stunning in out monochrome style bathroom. The magnet closures on the cabinets could be of higher quality. Thank you harvey george team

it's always possible to contact Harvey George with no problem and all questions are dealt with promptly. The furniture arrives on time and looks absolutely stunning in my bathroom.

In terms of Customer Service; Sophie was approachable, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. She communicated well throughout the process, all conducted during unprecedented times.

Every detail when the item arrived was as it should be - quality is superb.

I am about to order again! First class in every respect. Well done Harvey George an example that buying British is still a great choice.

Friendly service and a bathroom cabinet that looks lovely, installed in new extension but not in use yet.

The Harvey George team helped and advised on our new bathroom vanity from the initial enquiry right through to fixing the door we damaged 30 minutes after it was delivered. It’s not only the quality of the vanity that’s excellent the customer service is too. We can’t recommend them enough.

I purchased a double basin unit just before the COVID-19 pandemic. I made a few calls to check measurements, amend the service space at the back of the unit for plumbing, and just make sure is was confident in the product, considering I was making a decision from internet pictures, every call made the team were super helpful. I have got to say from end to end the service has been amazing. The product is fantastic, perfect in fact, great quality, really sturdy and heavy, a bespoke product that you have multiple options to suit your taste. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the delivery considering the situation. I would not hesitate using this company again. 10 out of 10.

We ordered the double sink unit and tall boy in Farrow and Ball Brinjal and it looks great! Service really good and friendly like dealing with small family firm, thank you!
