Purchased a luxury desk for my home office. They even sent samples for me to choose from. Delivery guys were fantastic and installed the desk rather than leaving it in the hallway like some other companies do

My item did not arrive. After 1 year they have still not returned my money and they are STILL promising a refund. They advised they have refunded but am yet to see this refund and they cannot provide refund documentation. Please be careful. They are the dodgy and very dishonest. Did you READ the review below that clearly gives the Invoice 467761 and notes just how many times you have been contacted directly by KM who placed the order on my behalf and me to try to resolve this situation.
Lawyers are now involved seeking compensation and legal costs from Luxury Furniture Company.
I hope prospective buyers read the reviews…I wish I had!

I ordered and paid for the Yamu Modern Glass dining table in August 2022.
Invoice 467761.
In October 2022 was told the table was in production and in July 2023 that the table was in transit. Getting information from the company is sketchy.
As recently as 17 October 2023 I was told by Customer Services that 14 months is a ridiculously long time to wait for a delivery and that the matter is super urgent. He said that even the company director was involved.
Since then nothing.
I want my money back and have spoken to lawyers!!

Like the other reviewers I also purchased an expensive mirror through Robson Furniture which appears to be affiliated with Luxuryfurniturecompany. Never got it. Never got a refund. It was a total scam.

Do not buy from this business or Robson interiors/ furniture .
It’s all a con .
No showroom
No stock .
Will tell you that you can make custom changes 😂
They take your money and fob you off .
I think it’s a one man operation .

Please do not purchase furniture from robsonfurniture.co.uk (Company Reg: 09510184) or luxuryfurniturecompany.com (Company Reg: 12382553).

Different directors are listed for each company but my invoice from Robson Interiors (which had the Robson Interiors logo) but had bank details to make my payment to Luxury Furniture and Interiors Ltd.

I purchased 3 items from this “furniture company” during Feb 2022 to the total value of £2885. I was given excuse after excuse as to why they were not being delivered.

I requested a refund on May 6th and I have still not received my refund, just more excuses. Court proceedings have commenced.

Avoid both these companies at all costs.
