Nikki has been absolutely faultless throughout the past few months while she's been dealing with our case. She's been personable, professional, approachable and efficient; a far cry from any other solicitor I've ever dealt with. Amazing experience with Harvey Roberts, Nikki was brilliant and kept us informed throughout the whole purchase of our house. We are first time buyers so had lots of questions but Nikki never hesitated to answer them for us.

We first used Harvey Roberts for a relatively trivial legal issue and were really impressed by the efficient and helpful approach despite the low fee charged. We have subsequently used them for a house sale which was complicated by a boundary dispute. Nikki and Josh dealt with it really professionally, pushing on our behalf where appropriate and bringing it to a successful conclusion within a really competitive fixed fee. They didn’t act for us on the boundary issue but we wish they had - they were on a different level to our other legal advisers! We are currently moving back into the area and they are now acting for us in our house purchase. Harvey Roberts will certainly be our “go to” company for any future legal needs.

Nikki and the team at Harvey Roberts were absolutely flawless in our complicated house purchase. After being left in the lurch by our first choice of solicitors (abandoned our case and advised us not to buy the house due to complexities, and ultimately their lack of expertise) I reached out to Nikki who was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to unpick the issue with the previous solicitors, gave efficient and effective communication to our long chain of stakeholders and was an absolute pleasure to deal with - nothing was ever too much trouble or a stupid question with Nikki - she helped me understand the complex issues in plain English and her speed of response was amazing. She helped turn a very stressful situation into productive action. As a result, she was able to expedite things enough to enable us to complete ON 30th June so that we could benefit from the stamp duty holiday - something we thought we’d said goodbye to after our previously solicitors let us down. Our complex purchase went through in 6 weeks and I put that solely down to Nikki and her determination to sort things out for her clients. John, Matt and the team were great. After going though a tough ordeal for a few years i turned to them for help. My anxiety was bad when i first went in, but after sitting down and talking through what was going on, they reassured me with there calm and collective methods on how the best way to tackle the situation was. The service was first class everytime and quick to respond to any queries or worries i had. After coming to an agreement in the case, the paperwork was all sorted by the team and i was kept informed on a regular basis.
