House buying is never easy but Nikki Havery at Harvey Roberts was very professional. They responded quickly to emails and kept me up to date at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Great for conveyancing!
We used Harvey Roberts for conveyancing and dealt with Nikki. The whole process was very smooth, communication was great and nothing ever too much trouble. Our sellers also had very short timescales and Nikki delivered!

Nikki was very helpful and polite and was always there to answer calls and acted very quickly whenever needed to. She was also very patient with my many calls.

Nikki for our house sale…great choice
Matt recommend Nikki for our house sale and the purchase of our new house. The least stressful house move we have ever done, all thanks to Nikki.
Courteous, polite, everything presented so we understood and knew where we were up to. Quick to respond to any questions we had and oodles of patience that’s needed to deal with multiple stakeholders involved in the chain we found ourselves in.

Dealt with my needs and requirements quickly and efficiently and very very reasonable too.
Matters that require solicitors are very rarely cheap and if they are they’re cheap they’re rarely good. A cheap solicitor can be a false economy however these guy do a great job for a good rate

Professional and easy to work with
Nikki and Josh are very positive, down to earth and easy to talk to professionals. Unlike other solicitors they have great customer service skills and follow up even during stamp duty holiday craze. The service we received was great especially the summary report provided on the purchase. Competitevely priced. Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic service in a very busy period prior to the stamp duty freeze deadline in June. Always responded to calls and emails promptly and got our conveyancing done without a fuss. Would highly recommend.

First House Purchase
Nikki was the solicitor for our recent purchase of our first house. As first-time buyers we had a lot of questions throughout the purchase, as we were unsure of how many of the processes worked. Nikki was able to answer everything over email and was also readily available by phone whenever we called. She was patient and great at walking us through things, was very professional, and pushed the process ahead for us through to completion in a relatively short amount of time. We would definitely work with Nikki again and would certainly recommend her to others.
