They got out colours wrong, didn't send through a proof and when I emailed them about it I got ignored for months, I kept being told that the director will get back to me, every time I chased I just got told the same thing, this has happened over months so now we will be looking for another supplier, customer service is shocking.

paid for ‘express’ DHL delivery
and it takes a whole week for DHL to recieve the parcel??

you’re supposed to dispatch the product the day after not a WEEK after

update: parcel recieved with WRONG item . orderd for white tunic with navy trim and got sent a full navy tunic

We recently placed quite a large workwear order with Harveys, and couldn't fault the service. The items were all top quality, delivered very quickly, and the communication was excellent throughout. Our team are all pleased with their branded workwear, which is the most important thing!

Having had issues with other workwear companies when it comes to sizing and delivery, the contrast with the stress-free experience of dealing with Harveys is night and day.

I was very pleased with the communication,and found it very easy to order.My disappointment started when my order arrived.I ordered 2 tabards with embroidery size 18, I received size 2XL,they are far too big.I've had it confirmed that the supplier said that they are size 18,well,I'm sorry,but they're not.I will either have to get them altered or buy new from another company.Either way,I'm spending more money,really not happy.

I won’t use anywhere else for my bar teams uniforms. Great prices for amazing quality! From ordering to delivering, the process was seamless and quick! I haggle recommend these guys!

Competitively priced and good quality. Very pleased with the quality of the scrub and the embroidered Logo. With many companies, good customer service and communication strategy seems to be an alien concept. With Harvey's I had an excellent customer service, efficient communication and updates of my order. There was an issue with the colour availability of the chosen scrub but Harvey's was straight on it and let me know. I was able to opt for a different colour and received the product within 5 days, in time for my event. I have tried a few companies before but Harvey's is now my future supplier for my workwear and I can only recommend them.
