Your order was placed on February 6th, and we informed you at the time that some items were delayed due to issues beyond our control. Despite this, we dispatched 7 out of your 10 garments, which DHL confirmed were delivered on February 12th.
We previously offered a refund for the remaining black scrub items if you needed them sooner. If you’d like to proceed with this or have any further questions, please get in touch—we’d be happy to assist.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Ordered 2 uniforms for work ordered 2 different sizes, I received an email saying they were not in stock and would have to wait around a week , I emailed back to ask if I could change the sizes and they said yes and then arrived the next day, good communication throughout

Great purchase
Great purchase. The tunic is comfortable, cotton rich and high quality. Love the pockets. The only thing I would suggest is back vents to be added for more freedom in the movement. As a housekeeper I am all day active, bending and moving around. Very nice work wear on a good price
