Ryan has just completed the annual service of my boiler . Turned up on time , completed the service also unlocked the thermostat control that I'd inadvertently managed to put the childlock on . Third time of using #Hashtag Heat wouldn't hesitate to recommend excellent service

Ryan replaced my boiler and three radiators, keeping me informed about dates, times and goals for each day. When the job was done, work sites were cleaned up and old boiler and radiators removed within 24 hours.

In all it was a good experience from my point of view. I'll be contacting him again for more radiator replacements, and I've no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Ryan provided an excellent service, we had a problem with a leaking toilet cistern and from the moment we contacted Ryan he kept us fully informed right up to his arrival at our property at the date and time arranged. Ryan talked us through the issue and proceeded with the repair using the parts required efficiently and professionally. Ryan was clean and tidy and respected the working space. We would have no hesitation recommending Ryan.

Ryan was absolutely fantastic! He arrived exactly when he said he would, carried out the boiler service professionally, and took the time to share his insights from the check. He even gave me helpful recommendations on the best boiler temperature settings and walked me through all the documentation.
What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable he was – answering all my questions about heating and radiators in general. It’s rare to find someone who combines punctuality, expertise, and great customer service like Ryan does.

After initially being impressed and recommending Ryan following a boiler service it went a bit downhill......... Had a fault which Ryan came to look at and diagnosed quickly, part replaced not long after. Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue, fair enough, I understand that it's not possible to diagnose a fault first time every time. Ryan then became harder and harder to get hold of, only getting back in touch when I asked if I should be looking at getting someone else to fix it, or leave a review. In the end after a week of ignored messages I booked someone else.

I'm also having to pay to replace the valve that Ryan changed as it may be from a faulty batch.

There is a lot of artistic licence in that response, visited on the 26th Sept, I only then received a reply on the 10th Oct after politely enquiring quite a few times, then finally saying I was going to have to look elsewhere. Potentially faulty valve was only mentioned at that point.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, skilful and highly professional. I feel he always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues and leaves you with the certainty that all issues have been addressed fully. Safety is paramount and he clearly articulates any issues and how these will be addressed.
I have been so grateful for the annual care he provides in servicing and maintaining the heating system.
I am hugely indebted to him that when I recently moved house, he came to do any initial
inspection and determined that the boiler had not been properly installed or serviced. He returned numerous times to ensure the flue was correctly repositioned and replaced the faulty front panel.
I would not think of employing any other heating engineer. He’s first class and his charges are so reasonable.

I would highly recommend Hashtag Heat. Ryan has been looking after our heating and hot water after our thermostat failed just before Christmas 2023. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and amiable. He responds quickly to enquiries. His work is always of a high standard and always tidies up after finishes the work.

IHeat booked my new boiler for installation and left the date up to me for my convenience boiler installed without any problems fitters very neat and professional young lady rang to see about installation very professional at her job very happy with IHeat from start to finish

Ryan completed a boiler service at a fair price and identified some issues with the exhaust pipe that wasn't up to current code, which he resolved in a subsequent visit.

We'll be working with Hashtag heat for all future annual servicing and plumbing requirements.

Ryan has done a number of jobs for us over the past 12 months. Ryan is always punctual, clean and tidy and very polite.

No hidden extras, and very clear on work that is required to be undertaken.
