Haus installations レビュー

We had Haus back again today to do the gutterings and fascias, Tom and Jonny were friendly and quick and did a perfect job, Jonny spent alot of time clearing up the mess afterwards nothing left behind at all, very neat and tidy and the gutterings and fascias were perfect, had molly out again to give us a quote as usual very friendly and easy to sort it out.

Haus built an extension for us in 2020, we have encountered a problem with some weatherboards which have warped so I emailed their customer service team. The team were v polite and sent a service team who on the spot removed the existing boards and fitted a complete set of new boards. They were quick tidy and efficient I would recommend Haus to anyone thinking of home improvements.

Excellent service from start to finish!! Really impressed with our new front door. Thanks to Emily, Adam, Isabel and Alan, who were very kind, professional and excellent throughout. Thanks to John for designing our door too. Would definitely recommend Haus.

Since leaving a bad review Tom contacted me within 24 hours and the issues were resolved within 48 hours.

As mentioned previously everything up to and including fitting was 5 stars. A few issues afterwards but once Tom became aware, it was resolved quickly snd professionally. Adam was brilliant and professional and they are training new staff to improve the service going forward.

Overall i would now use them again.

Had a new door and a little bit of cladding installed, great process from start to finish. Really happy with the end result. Alan arrived at 8am and worked non stop. Lovely job.

Our initial enquiry and sign up for Replacement Windows and Soffits and Fascias were well executed by Jason and Molly.

Installation of the Replacement Windows by Darren and Jaydon was very efficient and extremely professional - and they are so tidy, cleaning up all the time - it was an honour to be in the presence of 70's local street dancer in Darren and retained firefighter Jaydon.

Finally the icing on the cake was the install of Soffits and Fascias by Tom and Jonny.

Such really lovely tradesmen. So polite and so conscious of where they are working - very impressed.

Customer Service at it's best 👌🏽 . Thank you Haus Installations for installing our beautiful Composite door. The sales experience was smooth, the designer was very patient and professional. It is a bespoke service and you do feel that you are getting what you paid for. The door looks really well made, the hardware is definitely robust and you get a 10year warranty for your piece of mind. Thank you Haus, we will definitely use your services again without hesitation.

Great experience. Issy was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Adam was very quick and efficient on the survey. Jay and Lewis went above and beyond on the install, and left it all neat and tidy, despite the awful weather on the day. Ricky came round about 10 minutes after they had finished to make sure we were happy with everything. Great job. The new front door looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the Mock Tudor Slate replacement. The two workers from Haus did a great job in awful weather, so can’t thank them enough. Would have no hesitation in recommending Haus Installation to others.

Went above and beyond when clearing up.

Many thanks to Darren & Jaydon for carrying out a superb job, the windows look lovely and area completely cleaned up. Mum is extremely happy. Hope the Mozzy bite clears up!! First class service from Izzy, then Adam and the installation team. Many thanks to you all.

From the beginning to the end I was very satisfied. Molly from sales was lovely and knowledgeable and helped us pick the right products for us.
We had Darren and Jaydon, they were very friendly and hard working! (They had particularly hard windows to remove) but they did it with a lot of patience! They done a fantastic job, professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up well after themselves.
I highly recommend Haus Installation, we have already booked them back in for a quote for our back door now!

I had a matching Haus door fitted. The quality is excellent and the team fitted the new door quickly, leaving everything very clean afterwards.

I spent a lot of team reading reviews looking at photos of past work, it came down to Haus and another. Right from the first contact with Jason it was a Done deal, to fitting it was a great experience, we had 8 windows, Composite Front Door, French Doors, Fascia & Guttering, we were kept informed from start to delivery, the fitting team, Morgan, Tom, Darren & Neil were amazing, great attention to detail, during fitting I was visiting hospital everyday for around 3 hours & I trusted the guys to carry on with full access to the house, there is a couple of little niggles but we have already arranged for these to be followed up (not related to their work) My son is going to contact them for a quote for an Orangery. I would highly recommend Haus Installations they have transformed our house.

Top work finished to an excellent standard. Tom and Morgan were very polite and tidy. Kept us informed throughout the whole job.

We have had 4 doors from Haus over the last 3 years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wayne and Dan fitted our French doors recently, they were conscientious, professional and hard working.
We love our new doors, they’re exactly what we wanted.

Great service, professional and polite, Molly from sales is lovely, window installers were very courteous and tidied up after themselves. Brilliant!

This is the 3rd time I have used Haus Soffit Boards and Doors would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Very quick and polite, super job and everything cleared when left A1

Fitter was very professional in fitting the windows. He also cleaned everything up.
We would recommend him.

Darren and Morgan did the window installation. What a fantastic team. They were professional, couteous and very friendly. No wasting time, they just got in and did the job. They put protective coverings over the carpets, then, when the job was done, tidied everything up and even vacuumed the carpets! Wifey was very impressed. Haus Installations has a great team and I would highly recommend them. Our windows look fantastic, very well finised off and fitted.
