TOTAL SCAM
My order # HBBFF00179953. For $300 and all I get in return is a bogus tracking number. we'll live and learn. BUY YOUR CLOTHS AT A RETAIL STORE. NOT FROM ANOTHER CHINESE SCAM.

I ordered five shirts which came in two weeks...they looked, felt, and fit - great! Surprise! I then ordered ten more shirts and they took almost three weeks to come...but were all excellent, once again. I felt lucky to have zero customer service issues. The orders were filled perfectly. The shirts fit beautifully. I'm proud to wear 'em. I know online shops like this can be flaky, but so far, so good and I would recommend Hawalili.

There were 2 shirts with a similar print, one was green, the other tan. I ordered the green, they sent the tan. The paperwork that came with the shirt said "green" but was incorrect--hence the screw up. They blamed color shift on the computer screen which was not true (see the attached photos and proof of purchase). Their offer? A 35% merchandise discount on my next purchase, or I pay return mailing for the refund--which would cost about what the shirt did! They are either shady or inept. AVOID

The item I received was nothing like the picture I specifically bought it because I am British and wanted a union jack sweater, they did reimburse me for the item and said I could keep it which I did not want so now I'm still out $12.99 for shipping. I buy things from Wish and the shipping is only five dollars max from China which is where this came from so they're making money still.
I am disabled and cannot afford to lose money like this so I will be posting weekly until I receive the refund for my shipping, they can send me a return label for the item.

I ordered 4 shirts 2 weeks ago but have not received them. Where are they and how long do they take to ship? Is this site legit? I noticed it is not HTTPS.

I like a lot the clothes from this store,the quality is not the best but the looks and how comfy the clothes are makes me always come back.

They were very punctual with the stimated times of preparation and shipment of my order, and the clothes is very good.

The store have a lot of male clothes, and it's easy to find something to match my style, also they have discounts very often.

Ordered two large shirts. One is half the size of the other. HAWALILI's response is to send back at my expense (but other reviews note that the company does not retrieve package from customs so will never receive the return and therefore will not refund) or to accept a 15% refund to "alter" the mis-sized shirt. (how is $3 going to replace the missing YARD of fabric??? Anyone know a CHEAP tailor???)

I found nice shirts and when I was going to pay they gave me a big discount, I'm very happy with that.

Stay away.

I don't believe all the high ratings on their website.

It took two weeks to receive my order and when it finally arrived, 1 out of the 5 shirts I ordered fit. Even though I used the sizing charts for each shirt, they were either way too big or I looked like the Hulk busting through the buttons. Aside from the sizing, the quality of the fabric is ultra poor, the buttons are barely hanging on, and the threads from the button eye holes are coming apart…all right out of the bag.

I just submitted a request for a refund. It’ll take 48 hours from them to approve the refund and then, I need to pay for the return out of my own pocket.

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago. I received no tracking number or any information on the my purchase . I checked my account and the funds have been processed.

I thought I was buying a good quality Polo Shirt. As presented in the online catalog it appeared well made. Boy was I grossly disappointed. Candidly, the material seems much like my wife's underwear. Horrible

I shopped in this store without any issue, the order came last weekend and i have used all the items and i have to say that they impressed me so far. good job.

Horrible company, obviously a scam. Do not buy from this company. Sent me a female shirt and wanted me to send them measurements to prove it was wrong. I ordered an mens XL shirt and they sent some shirt called MissLook. I sent them detailed photos and they just offered me a 25% refund and said I could keep the shirt. What am I going to do with it?

Love these shirts had a lot of problems in the past with them sending the wrong size shirts and now they are fantastic all the right size and delivery usually 2 weeks they are a great quality and design shirt I personally have about 35 shirts now and I can't stop buying them I absolutely love them.TIM

I would give a zero if possible. Cheap clothes, don’t fit, no way to return, credit on returns is never processed.

The clothing looks vaguely similar to the pictures. Like a fast-food ad. Made with very poor quality and material I didn't expect. The sizing is inaccurate also.
They make it very difficult to return the product. If the ad says "final sale" they won't accept a return; no matter what garbage they send you. China

WORST SHIRTS EVER BOUGHT. The shirts took more than 2 months to ship, they were extremely small. I ordered size XL shirts and I'm not sure they were even Medium size. They are terrible quality. There are threads hanging from seams and the shirts are so thin they resemble mesh shirts more than a real shirt. Not kidding, If I held them up in the light I could literally see through the shirts. This was by far my WORST purchase in a long time! I would NEVER buy anything from this site again.

I bought this shirt, as it listed as cotton, yet when i received it was not cotton fabric but 100% polyester. I’m trying to return the shirt but they don’t list any return information>
