They sent one shirt the wrong size and still haven't sent two others, it's been over a month. They keep asking me to wait and not refund my money, forget them. Poor customer service!!!!! They should refund my money and send the shirts for the trouble caused, that's how repeat customers are earned; not by penny pinching making the paying customer to wear their burden.

I gave a one star because I did get something. The shirts were too small, even though I ordered one sie too large. Then the 'return' run around. Total failure! There is no actual 'return' process, just a series of messages telling you what to do within their time limits which they control by their stalling! In short; (1) product sizing is unacceptable, and (2) the 'return' process is a joke scam!

I saw the ad for their clothing and thought it looked really nice as I was looking for Hawaiian style shirts. I ordered several to get the free shipping and was extremely disappointed when I received them. The quality is way inferior than the pictures on their website and the colors are more faded as the pictures make the shirts look much more vibrant. Also, the sizing of the shirts were all over the place as some were way to small while others were way too big, even though I ordered all Large.
It wasn't until I went to return them that I realized these are most likely made in China, which would explain the cheap, inferior quality of the material and construction. I paid $43 in shipping costs to return about 8 shirts to China and waited several months for a refund. I contacted their customer service and was told it was caught up on customs and to be patient. I waited and almost forgot about and over 6 months later, I got the actual shipment back from China. Unbelievable. I paid over $100 for the clothing and another $43 for shipping, all down the drain. I shipped these in August 2020 and got it back in February 2021. I don't know if they are running a scam but it sure comes close to one. I will never ever be buying anything from them again as their quality is extremely poor. Don't be suckered by the quality in their photos as the colors are quite faded in comparison and very cheap material. I will be donating the clothes to Goodwill, they are that bad. Order at your own risk and be prepared to throw your money down the drain if you don't like them.

They have an awesome shirt with the American Flag, an Eagle and the phrase "These Colors Don't Run". The problem is that the phrase on the back of the shirt is REVERSED, making the wearing look like a complete idiot.

Ordered two shirts, received one in about a month with a notice that the other was out of stock. No other information - nothing about expected delivery, order cancellation, reordering .... Sent a message that was automatically responded to in minutes saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. It has now been 240 hours and not a peep. After reading these reviews (shame on me for not doing it before I ordered) my hope are not very high.

First off, I really question the legitimacy of all the 4 and 5 star reviews I see here. Just check other site reviewing websites and you will see quite different results! Anyway, I was impressed by the unique styles offered so I decided to give them a try. I ordered 6 shirts. After 2 months, 3 arrived, but 3 never did arrive. The ones that did arrive were a size smaller than marked. As others said, customer service is non-existent. The "phone number" is just a front. You cannot get refunds or exchanges. I traced the "return address" to a vacant warehouse in San Francisco. The "tracking" for the package is fake, but so realistic looking that it fooled PayPal to where they sided with them and would not take back the charge! As for quality, I didnt think it was that bad, you get what you pay for at this price point. Run from them and their other website - "Lifestaste". or anything under the main umbrella of "Newfashion".

Love the fabric design but was advertised as linen and is polycotton. Quality of sewing is very poor with missed stitching and thread ends. Sizing is by shirt measurements not to fit body measurements as is usual so shirt too small by 2 sizes, Had to give it to my wife. Not worth returning from Australia so gave me a 15% rebate. Communication OK.

I purchased a shirt from them in December and received the shirt a month ago. Now I received 2 more shirts in the mail that I did not order. I immediately followed the instructions that came in the package to return the shirts. Put in the order number and my email per there instructs and it says no order found. I just emailed them and asked in that email if I was charged and how do I return the shirts for the right size. I will update this review if I here back from them, but after reading some of the reviews here I'm not holding my breath they will reply. Mean while I am going to start looking at my 3 credit cards to see if they charged me again, since I did not order the additional shirts.

It took way to long to get a partial order. The quality was very poor to me and made of thick polyester not very Hawaiian weather friendly which is what I expect from a Hawaiian shirt. They sent a pattern I did not order and a size I did not order. I have attempted to contact them to get a refund and do a return on more than one occasion NO REPLY. I would run for the hills before ordering from this company. You draw your own conclusion SC

This company has no concept of shirt sizing. I ordered 2 XL shirts that were different sizes and both ridiculously undersized from what they should be. The smaller of the 2 XLs has a shoulder measurement of 16.93". A standard men's XL shirt has a shoulder measurement of 20.88" and a standard men's XS a measurement of 16.88". So this product is tagged at a size 4 TIMES LARGER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS! It is tagged as an XL but it is equivalent in size to an XS! Like what the hell?!

Their customer service and their retun policy are just as bad. They freely admit their sizes aren't consistent and blame me for not checking the size chart for EACH shirt I bought. The buyer is also responsible for the entire return costs to China if they want a refund. As an alternative, they offered first a 15% refund then 25% to keep the shirts and use the refund to "alter the cloth". They had no response when I told them you can't make a shirt bigger.

I won't let them keep my money; I'd rather give it to the post office so I'll be returning anyway.

Also, the shirts have 100% positive reviews on their site but when I went to negatively review mine due to the sizing inaccuracies I received an error stating they couldn't find a purchase order. Convenient when realizing I clicked the link for the product directly from my purchase order.

Having bought shirts from Hawalili twice I will never do so again.
The first order arrived slowly but was all A-OK, in fact I was very happy, even though it took almost a month for the delivery.
Second time. Not so good. After a month 5 shirts arrive all the same size on the label. Problem was one was three inches shorter across the shoulders and another was six inches shorter. All labelled with the same size tag and 4 of the 5 shirts share the same brand...Go figure.
So, I contact them. Tell them the problem. They offer 15% discount on the two items so I can get the "Material altered." Just how do you make a shirt bigger? Oh, I forgot! They also said I could return them at my own expense to China but they need to be in the same packaging and maybe I would get my money back.
I just wrote back and said that I won't be back! It used to be that customers were important, now we are cash cows and the herd of on-line buyers is growing and they know it.

The products on the website will not be what you receive. I bought a vest and jacket for my husband for Christmas at the end of November. What arrived in today's mail was trash and that's exactly where they ended up. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Waited 6 weeks for 3 shirts. I ordered large according to their size chart. First shirt came in as a medium or smaller. Material. Is super thin too. Very disappointed in hawalili.

I ordered 2 shirts from here for a Christmas present and they have still not arrived - 25 November 2020. I have asked Hawalili numerous times to help and they expect me to chase the post office up. I don’t know why as they were coming by a logistics company not by post. They say the shirts were delivered but no one was home and that is absolutely no true. Someone was there all day. I will NEVER buy from this company again it is absolute rubbish.

This company is a fraud. They process transactions and then send you a fake tracking number that goes to a spoofed USPS site showing your package endlessly cycling between cities whose names start with the same letter as your.

We have ordered 3 shirts at the same time, one was a t-shirt, arrive in good time but was poor quality. The second one was meant to be XL but when arrived it was a Medium Shirt in an XL bag, they have told me that I need to pay the cost for it to be returned back to China (even though it's there fault) and the 3rd shirt hasn't turned up so I doubt I will get my money back for that one. Pretty sad. Just a waste.

This website is a scam, what you see on its website is not what you got. They sell fake product with very poor quality. Plus delivery takes months. Sometime, they don't even deliver it at all.

. Paypal couldn’t process order over the weekend because the name couldn’t be validated. After the reviews, I tried to cancel during those 2 days to no avail, But after threatening Paypal and Hawaili- a name designed to confuse- got money back. Evidently, they use others’s catalogue pics, too.

Ordered shirt size L, received size 3XL.
Item sent from Sydney but had to return to China.
Was offered 15% refund, ( about $3) to keep shirt and get recut! Sent photos as requested multiple times but still got requests for photos. After reading all the negative reviews that are posted on various sites decided I was not going to waste more money sending item back to China and more than likely not get a refund. Shirts are poor quality, honesty non existent.
