Do not expect any refund from this company.
No matter what evidence you email them that your return has been delivered to them they just answer as if they haven’t read your email.
I will never order from this China based outfit

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life!
Totally fraudulent company don't ever buy anything from them, total thieves!
Ordered 7 shirts still have only received 3 of them, no refund has been given after at least 10 emails.
I ordered 3x shirts at the very best best there Men's medium.
For these 3 shirts they want me to pay customs and the shipping fees to return them.

BUYER BEWARE #1: Hawalili's return center is in China and they DO NOT pay for return shipping. So for most items, it's cheaper to keep them than to return them.

BUYER BEWARE #2: Products are VERY inconsistent in quality and fit. Ordered 2 shirts and a pair of shorts. Took 6 weeks to arrive. When they did, one shirt fit as expected, the other 2 items were SIGNIFICANTLY smaller - like 3 sizes smaller, than labelled. I won't return them because the shipping is more than the items cost.

Worst clothing I have ever seen. Trying to return the horrible, cheap worthless so called shirts I received - no response from them at all!!!! Cheap quality, sizing way off, nothing is like as shown on website. They should not be allowed to sell anything!

Buyer Beware! Hawalili has the worst return policy imaginable. They'll give you 15% to go away immediately. To return something you have to pay to mail it to China, and if it takes more than two weeks to arrive, they will refuse your refund. It took three weeks for part of my order to arrive. One of the shirts I ordered is half the size of the other four, though they all show the same size tag. I'll never shop with them again.

I am afraid that what is advertised as cotton is far from it; one shirt was Rayon, the other a kind of shower curtain material. They're cheap enough so worth the punt, but very dishonest.

I placed an order without reading the reviews. Then I read them... the good reviews are all the same and in bad English - i.e. fake. The bad reviews are genuine. So 35 minutes after I placed my order I cancelled it. Their website clearly says that orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, and I cancelled by email and by form submission on their site. But of course they sent me a reply saying it had already been shipped (I received this email about 17 hours after I placed the order, still well within the 24-hour timeframe). I sincerely doubt it has already been shipped. Their cancellation policy is not as advertised, so I don't imagine I will be happy with the merchandise when it arrives. Always check Trustpilot or similar sites for reviews before purchasing online.

The men's shirts were way too small (even one that was 5XL !!!). The return center is in GUANGZHOU, CHINA for God's sake. To return the 3 shirts which cost about $56 is going to cost me about $45 to ship to China. There is no guarantee that they will even accept the return although they were only tried on (not worn)

Rip off, rip off, rip off! Ordered 4 shirts more than 3 weeks ago. Have received 3-4 emails saying the had been shipped using their “logistics partner”, and later the US Mail. It’s all BS. This is a well run sophisticated SCAM COMPANY. Also, they never identified themselves as anything other than a US firm. Yes, I’m pretty sure I’ve been ripped off. I also believe that MOST OF THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT!!!
UPDATE: 2 of the 4 shirts arrived today, 9/23/20, 25 days after submitting order. I had already written Hawalili review. Shirts appear to be in good order. Still, I would never order from these CHINESE CROOKS AGAIN.
9/25/20. Finally received the other 2 shirts. They were as advertised. However, I still would never do business with this company again. I had to wait 4 weeks for delivery. I think I’m one of the rare customers that actually received what he paid for.

I ordered six shirts in May, they didn't come until late in July. Low cost and great looking but very poorly made. I got two uses out of one of them and then the seams just fell apart. Benjamin Franklin said: "The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."

I’ll add a recap of my experience to this growing list of bad reviews. Hawalili (and any other names I believe this company has been using) is promoting a scam, folks.
Long story short… I paid for a half dozen shirts… took weeks and weeks to get a partial order filled… and then it was wrong sizes, missing tags, and/or shirts in a soiled/used condition.
No returns or refunds allowed unless I paid for the shipping and custom charges back to China. Numerous and lengthy emails back and forth between me, the vendor, and PayPal over several weeks, finally resulted in a small, partial and unsatisfying refund.
The moral of my sad story? Those great-looking casual shirts at unbelievable prices that have been popping up on a variety of websites… are just an illusion… shadows without substance… figments of imagination… ghosts of reality… unreal… they are to be ignored.

Careful from this supplier. They make mistakes sending wrong sizes and demand goods to be returned to China at your own costs. A shirt marked XL is hardly M size be careful spending your money with this website

I ordered 4 shirts from Hawalili and double checked their sizing chart. All of them were too small, barely to my waist, tight in the chest and short arms. I contacted to return them. They are to be returned to China. I had thought this was a Hawaiian company. They then offered me a refund which I accepted. No refund ever showed up. Now I am past the return window and I never received the return address.

Getting 1 star because you have to give something.

My husband ordered 5 shorts and 5 shirts for himself and 2 shirts for me. It took forever to get the complete order. My shirts arrived first, I was happy with them and they did fit. He then received 1 of his shirts which did fit and he as well was happy with, BUT then finally the rest of the order trickled in and as a common denominator here NOTHING fit. Men's XL shorts were TOO SMALL (I couldn't even fit in them and I wear a womens size 6 or 8) as well as the remaining shirts did NOT fit.

The items were returned to the address on the return label (as no other address was provided to us). Hawalili calms it's a BAD ADDRESS and we have been refunded NOTHING!!!

NOW IF THIS IS A BAD ADDRESS, BUT THE ITEMS WERE SHIPPED FROM THERE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE ITEMS NEVER MADE IT TO US AND WERE RETURNED TO THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE?????

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Pay alittle more and go to a store!!

shirts are not bad for such cheap merchandise however the size charts are horribly inaccurate, the quality control is poor and delivery speed is glacial.

The XL that should have been a bit roomy was just a bit small - so ordered an XXL which ended up being even smaller than the XL.

Slow delivery - placed 3 separate orders and each took at least 4weeks - 1st order took 12 weeks to arrive.

Email inquiries came with an Alibaba header and "AliExpress" merchant signatures - which surprised me because past Alibaba orders have come in days which I find miraculous to have deliveries from China so quickly, but not the case with these orders.

I ordered three shirts. Because I’m 6’6” and 26 inches across the shoulders, I ordered 5X. The shirts that arrived were labeled 5X, but were 2X at best.

Customer service response was “tough luck” ( To Quote: “our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.)”

Since the my Return shipping cost is a significant percentage of my purchase price, a return isn’t worth my time. Alternative methods mentioned a small refund I could spend altering the shirts. What, I’m going to take two shirts and combine them into a larger one?

All in all, a completely unsatisfactory experience.

Ordered 6 shirts (for men, XXL). 5 of the shirts were the correct size, but the Guns and Roses, even though marked XXL, was at best a large.
As noted other places, impossible to return by their method. 15% refund on $13 doesn't cover anything. Fortunately for me, $13 won't break my bank. Just wish I could get the Guns and Roses in XXL.

I find it very interesting that all the men give crappy reviews and all the woman give good reviews, except for me. I think all the 5 star female reviews are FAKE!

The quality of these shirts is CRAP. "Easy return" is a complete lie. To return a shirt, you have to pay postage to send it to China, with possible duties to pay in China. OR, they will give you all of a 15% refund. I wanted to return a medium size shirt that was smaller than a small. I took the 15% refund.

DON'T buy anything from this company.

Do not buy from here. Total Scam. Just look at their website customer reviews. All 5 star, fake emails and and fake reviews. I bought three shirts. Took 2 months to arrive. All three were the wrong size. They had the right tag sizes, but the actual shirt was tailored 3 sizes smaller. One shirt was even marketed as mens, with male model in pic, but it was actually a woman's branded, sized and reverse buttoned shirt. Poor quality materials also. I tried to return and they have you jump through hoops with short deadlines between steps or you lose your right to return. They never actually gave me the return address, but required I send them picture of return label by a deadline or return cancelled. Even though they said you can return to San Francisco, you can't. Have to send back to China at high shipping prices. They offer instead of paying high shipping price, get a 15% cash refund "to get the shirt tailored correctly". Hard to do with half the material required and wrong gender shirt. Save yourself money and shop somewhere else. Since every item of mine had a major issue, and their own site is full of fake reviews, I even question if many of the 5 stars here are submitted by the company.
