Mark the used car salesman was so helpful and full of humour. He really listened to what we wanted and found us a really good car at a reasonable price.

My car went in for a minor warranty issue, the car was in "all day" which I knew about however having dropped it at 07:30 am by 4pm id heard nothing and phoned to find it was finished with. I wonder how long it had been sat there for or whether I would have been called.

Phoning the dealership was the easiest way to book a service and MOT, the online Ford booking system was just confusing.
The drop-off and collection went smoothly, the work carried out and billing was explained clearly, there was no need for additional work. The car had been washed which was good given the hosepipe ban.
Overall, I am satisfied with the work carried out.

every thing was ok except that the car has twin horns but apparently the car only has one which is a bit of a disappointment for a almost top of the range car Laura at reception was very helpful

I was able to drop the car off really early which helped greatly. I had phone calls all through the day updating me and it was ready to collect promptly. Even bought down to the car park for me. Particular thanks to Laura or Lauren (so sorry I couldn’t remember) at the desk who helped us.

I tried to book a replacement sun roof with Autoglass and Haynes in Canterbury, both of which were less than helpful. Haynes Ford Maidstone completed the job efficiently and i'm grateful to have my car back with an intact sunroof.
