Mr Eastoe has in all dealings, been. an absolute delight and pleasure to deal with. i cannot recommend Mr Eastoe. and the Team highly enough. and will buy again without hesitation.
And can only say do the same you will be welcomed treated as an equal, and genuinely enjoy their welcome, they also sell a new brand having seen the cars in the showroom they look wonderful and am sure with the service offered a very pleaurable experience to be had by all.

I had to have a brake light bulb replaced, the bulb would take no longer than 15 mins to change. It cost me £61. £9 for the bulb and £52 to change it!!!!!
Had to leave the car at haynes for the day as it was required for the job to be done. This is crazy.
After my review Tommy from Haynes contacted me to discuss my concerns. To their credit the issue i mentioned has now been resolved. Well done Haynes

Very disappointed with the service at Haynes Ford. When my car was in the garage, I wasnât informed that the repair would take more than a day, and I didnât receive it as expected.
The next day, I had to call myself to get an update. I was told to come and collect the car, but when I arrived, the garage had already closed at noon. No one mentioned that their Saturday hours were different or that I needed to come earlier.
This issue started on Friday, and now Iâve had to reschedule work, family routines, and my childrenâs school arrangements until Monday, since the next working day is then.
Overall, the lack of communication and updates has been extremely frustrating. Pathetic service.

Chipped the bonnet on my car which they tried to lie their way out of even though Their OWN video showed it was not there when the car was checked in.
Lied about the work being done to explain away why it could not be them.
Said they would call back and didn't bother.
AND yes I did swear at you service guy but that's because you gave him BS to say to me for an excuse.

I booked are company van in for service spoke to Avery nice helpful young lady on the phone Andria took it in to the Maidstone branch for the to do the service this was on the 26/1/26 transit VPJ was booked in by again Avery nice helpful young lady young lady by the name of Ruth took all the details checked contact number and email address I believe both these ladyâs should deserve amention first for being so nice and polite in person and on the phone I have just found out that Ruth has only been with the company three weeks and that she wasnât doing this job before so I feel she definitely deserves praise for the fantastic job that she is doing from her bosses not easy job dealing with customers more so in the motor trade bust she is nailing it big time so Ruth thank you so much for a fantastic customer service experience today will be back when it service time again keep up the great work that your doing (Glen) Sytner Landrover Maidstone

When I returned from my holiday on Friday, the parking staff informed me that they had trouble starting my car and had received an engine check notice. I contacted a local dealership, explained the issue over the phone, and was booked for an appointment on Monday.
The issue seemed to resolve while driving from the airport to my home; however, I still decided to take the car in for diagnosis. Fortunately, this diagnosis was covered under my extended warranty. After the diagnosis, I was informed that the battery had a fault and required replacement. The sales team graciously offered to cover the repair cost, which I appreciated.
The car was serviced on the same day; however, I couldn't collect it on Monday, so I informed the dealership that I could pick it up the next day. They assured me that there was no problem with that.
The dealership's staff has always been friendly and supportive. I would definitely recommend Haynes for its professionalism and commitment to providing the best customer service possible.

I was sent video footage of my service work, the booking procedure was carried out quickly and the staff in the office were helpful throughout. At the end of the procedure my car was taken to a different part of the site and the car was cleaned. I would say a good day altogether.
