We found all the staff at Hays travel very polite and friendly. When we inadvertently got the wrong date for our booking Arran kindly changed it very quickly for us.

No appointment was necessary like other travel agents which suited me. Staff were amazing very helpful, my holiday was a lot cheaper than other agent's, very happy 😃

Hays in Park Farm, Allestree are amazing. we only use them now to book our holidays. Kelly, Aran & the team are the best. Kelly always gives us the best advice & the best places to go. so friendly & professional we will not go anywhere else now

Holiday 2026 booking
Booked our last 4 holidays with Kelly at hays. She was away on conference so was seen by Lewis who did a sterling job of booking exactly what we wanted at a great price.

Return visits with previous options, booked kos, ran through original manifesto to confirm choices no problems so booked there and then. No hassle, straight forward great customer service all through. Be back again in future. 😊
