Great travel agent
Went to China so was unsure about booking myself online. Catrina at Hays handled everything for me...booking, visa info, vaccinations info, money and travel bank card.
She kept in contact, answered any questions and even phoned when I got home to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Explained everything and even went as far to book car parking and insurance. Will definitely be back to book another holiday with this travel agent

Gave christopher a price and list for a cruise in 2028 to see what he could do for me and gave me a call not much after that could not beat the price as deal had finished but was not that much of a difference just a quick response
