Customer satisfaction
Have used Hays travel in Alloa a lot in the past couple of years and have found the staff to be more than helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure we get the holiday we are looking for. A special shout out to Christopher who even calls when we return to ensure all went well. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

As usual the staff in Hays Alloa are so helpful. Christopher managed to find exactly the style of holiday we wanted and a price we could afford. They don't push or cajole you and We always leave very happy customers.

As usual Margo was superb.Very efficient. She booked exactly what I wanted.Everyone in the Alloa branch is so helpful and lovely to talk to. They seem to have more time for their customers than a lot of shops. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my travel. So much better than trying to do it myself online.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Margo very knowledgeable re cruises and was more than happy to look at options for us to get us what we wanted at a fab price. Margo, Marie and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming in the store too.
