Excellent friendly service. Hollie took the time to get to know us and again tailored our holiday to make it perfect for us.

The lady was very helpful and organised everything in record time with choices. Only one thing I could recommend would be to explain to customers when booking Premium Economy (which we have just done) that if the customer wants to sit in a specific seat on the plane that it can be prebooked which costs more money. Yes, not everyone will bother with this but we wanted two seats together on our own rather than a four seated. We had payed the bill one day then told if we wanted to be able to sit together in a two seated rather than a four then it would be best to pre book. We were told this the next day after paying so it would have been better if that had been explained before paying to prevent another payment being made. Yes, you can wait till the day you fly and try and get seats together but this we didn’t want to leave to chance. However, the lady was very good to phone the airline and arrange the two seater for us so all in all it was a good experience.

We were greeted by holly, she was extremely knowledgeable and gave us recommendations on what to do and what to avoid. She was so lovely and helpful throughout and made booking our holiday a breeze. Would definitely use hays travel at Annan again.

The time spent by Allison at the Annan branch gave us. Looking at several cities and river cruises. This is the third time we have used Hays. Will use again.
