It seems that Arlette would be working all hours to make my booking happen, The attention to detail is amazing.

Arlette is a gem. She listens with care to your holiday wish list and then takes time and applies her astonishing expertise to offer a selection of possible holiday options. Last year we were beyond delighted with her recommendation so we are super excited this year.

Arlette was so accommodating and worked really hard to get as a holiday that suited the whole family.

Wanted to book a family trip to Disneyland Paris. My first thought was to call Arlette, Hays Travel consultant, as we booked our family holiday last year and was very satisfied. Arlette went over and above what we were expecting. We were booking coming up to Christmas and she we were dealing with a - 3 hr time difference.
