Almost had a trip I didn’t want!
Went in 7th July 2026 not wheelchair accessible almost tipped out of my chair trying to get in the shop! Then the payment device was fixed in place difficult to reach and had to get someone to help put my card in the slot!

Staff always very helpful they get to
Staff always very helpful they get to know regular customers and talk to them like friends and always ask how our previous holiday was thats why we always come back to book at our local Hays.

Friendly helpful staff
Friendly helpful staff. Nothing a problem. Staff update us regularly on our bookings. Our original meeting was with Sharon the manageress who contacted Newmarket holidays as we were wanting 3 single rooms. We were very impressed how quickly Newmarket replied. Sharon contacted us to say the rooms were available. Sharon was on day off when we went to pay but saw Aleasha who efficiently secured our booking and sent me all relevant documents later that afternoon.
