We were made welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Andrea was very helpful and we booked our holiday with confidence.

The staff were lovely, polite, cheerful, and ptofessional. When I had to ring due to an error Mandy the mnager was very helpful and sorted the matter quickly.

Helpful thorough service
Helpful and thorough service over a number of days to ensure we selected the best holiday. Spoke to a few members of staff in the process of selecting, who provided us with useful info and brochures. When booking, different options explored to ensure choices were within personal budget.

Booking a Holiday
The lady I first saw was a trainee. lacked the experience of the other staff, although she was pleasant the other staff helped out. I went in as I had questions and wanted verbal answers, which I managed. A big deposit was paid and the girls tried their best.
The confirmation Invoice arrive by e-mail , it was not right so I had to telephone to request another one which came the same evening.
I went into the shop a week later to collect the printed confirmation of the holiday that was fine.
