My travel agent Chloe was extremely helpful and made my visit very enjoyable. I am looking forward to my cruise in May 2027 and know if I have any worries I can drop in and discuss them with her.

Great travel advisors who are knowledgeable and listen to what you're looking for and find it for you at a great price. Donna is normally who we always work with and couldn't recommend her more. This time we booked with Steph who was also amazing.

Chloe was excellent in explaining choices destinations, hotels and package in general.
As this is my first solo trip away I found it comfortable and good advice given to me and made the right choice.
Looking forward to 31/10/26 to i set off for few days.

Excellent servicr

Donna at Hayes sorted everything out for us. Made sure our accommodation was suitable and secured us the best price, made sure we have assistance for a couple of us who need it. Nothing too much trouble.

My wife and I always book through Hays…

My wife and I always book through Hays Travel Ballymena as we appreciate their expertise in all our travel arrangements. The staff are very friendly and helpful from arranging the holiday to any travel requirement before departure. Special mention to Donna who is exceptional in every aspect for booking a holiday.

First class for holidays

All the staff extremely friendly and helpful with advice and tips. The booking process was straight forward and fast, good deals on foreign currency. We have booked 5 trips with Hays, all have been fantastic, looking forward to the next one.
