As always helpful pleasant staff who always get us sorted out with the holiday we want. No matter whether we get an employee who knows us or not we still get a first class service.

I contacted Hays to price bookings for next year and spoke to Velizara. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional.
Although I already knew where I wanted to visit Velizara listened intently and with enthusiasm! Velizara was able to offer some further suggestions to enhance my holiday choices.

Knowledgeable and friendly girl, transaction was straight forward and quick. Have had quite a few holidays with Hayes, can't fault them in anyway. Would highly recommend.
