Hays Travel Bangor Bloomfield Centre!
We went into Hays Travel in Bangor Bloomfield Centre & we were looking for a 1 week cheap holiday in Spain or Portugal nor knowing where to go & the rep quickly picked a 1 week holiday in Palma Nova in a nice hotel at a great price which we were happy with. Great professional service. Thoroughly recommend this branch & Hays Travel!

First experience with Hays Travel
Claire, a member of your staff was both pleasant and very helpful. Everything was explained simply and efficiently and she made it sound so easy we were delighted. Within half an hour we had chosen our date, destination and Hotel and are happily looking forward to our break.

We always have a great experience at the Bloomfield store in Bangor Co Down. Claire was so helpful as soon as we arrived, we told her our plans and she got us sorted right away. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable giving us options before we chose our hotel. Looking forward to our trip and will be back to book again with Claire for another trip soon Thanks again

I bought an annual European travel…
I bought an annual European travel insurance policy but was told that I had to make medical declarations online or over the phone. When I did this the cost of the policy was going to double so I cancelled the original policy. When I bought a policy in 2024 I answered all the medical questions with the travel advisor and was given the quotation prior to purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback we are sorry to see you were disappointed with the additional costs incurred due to medical issues, our insurance supplier is not with Hays & we hope that this review is solely reflective of the Insurance charges & not the Service standard provided by Hays Travel Bangor.
To ensure our customers are fully protected all medical conditions etc need to be declare to the insurance provider. We understand some medical conditions can be a little pricey but due to our fantastic 14 day cooling off period, customers are able to cancel free of charge if they are unhappy with the medical cost. I can see you availed of this offer and hopefully this has helped.
