As usual professional friendly service from this branch will not use another travel agent to make my travel arrangements

I phoned the Barnard Castle branch of Hays Travel yesterday, where I spoke to Lucy Avery to book a holiday for myself, partner and grandson, I explained where we wanted to go and Lucy priced the package holiday for me. Every time I book a holiday I've found that the team have excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to thank Lucy for making me always feel welcome along with the other staff in the branch.

My partner and I weren't the easiest of customers as we are taking what will be a 15 and 17 year old away in summer and needed somewhere that would suit both, Amelia was very patient and professional and came up with somewhere where it suited us all.

Vanda was really helpful finding our perfect cruise very knowledgeable .

Our dealings once again with Amelia at Hays Travel, Barnard Castle, has been 5 star.
