Really helpful and efficient customer service. All staff excellent. Discovered all the extras they can book such as parking at the airport. Great exchange rate for currency too. Would not go anywhere else to book our holidays. They are the best.

I need to travel abroad to visit family. Booking flights was a task I could do online but I have recently lost my confidence. I was reassured by the helpful, patient and friendly way the staff booked my flights and airport hotel. They showed patience and understanding. I will certainly be using Hays Travel again.

I got my holiday sorted quite quickly. I go to the same Hotel in the same Country, so my advisor just had to book everything for me, which he did very efficiently.
