We’ve just booked another amazing holiday through Hannah Prosser at Hays Travel Barry — this time to beautiful Rhodes — and once again, the service has been absolutely outstanding.

Hannah has previously helped us organise incredible trips to Las Vegas and a Caribbean cruise, and each time she has been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always takes the time to understand exactly what we’re looking for. Her recommendations are always spot-on, and the booking process is smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

Very well informed on cruises and answered all our questions, very similar to the chap that booked our first cruise which is why we came back, will be using Hays for all our holidays!
