Your colleague was very helpful, but it took a long time to book because her computer kept shutting down! During all the delays, we lost our first choice of cabin because it was snapped up by someone else.

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, also very patient . It was a lovely surprise to see that I am still on the system.
The lady was helpful, supportive as wel aa understanding.
I realised that the company, was originally called Hays and there was one in Wokingham many years ago.
She printed information and gave me the literature, of which was of great help as I do get a tad nervous as I haven't booked myself a holiday for a good few years
