Sarah was fantastic at Hays travel in Bebington. She listened to what we wanted and took so much time looking for the perfect holiday for our family. She was helpful throughout the process and once booked ensured we had all the information we needed.

Lovely, attentive staff who took time to make sure we booked exactly what was right for us. We had Lauren for this booking but Daisy had given us information to go away and think about the week prior so we we're fully informed. Sarah and All the staff are just lovely and very informative.

I recently booked with Hays Travel and received outstanding customer service from Georgia, who is an apprentice. She was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made everything easy and stress-free for me.

Georgia went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and answered all of my questions with confidence and kindness. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and she is a real credit to Hays Travel.

Great service from start to finish.
Sarah was just amazing- even though she couldn’t be there when I booked Kerry and Daisy were able to help me and with their own personal experiences of places and hotels we got our mini trip booked. Great team.
