It's always a pleasure to go to Hays Travel in Bedminster and book a holiday. We are on first name terms with all of the staff and they take time to make sure we get the perfect holiday. Would not go anywhere else.

Helpful friendly holiday advisor Rachel. I was in and out in about twenty minutes.

Very helpful people and had a good experience in the shop.

Staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. They listen to your requests and take time to find a perfect holiday to match your requirements.

As always the staff are excellent and look after you well. Jackie dealt with us this time and did a great job sorting our holiday to Sicily next year. We dealt with Rachael earlier in the year who sorted out our Danube cruise with Viking. Can’t recommend that holiday enough, amazing. Hays are an excellent company to deal with.
