Hays Travel give us a great deal on our holiday to come

It was brilliant as the lady listened to what we wanted for our next holiday and she found us a brilliant one so yeh I am very happy with hays travel I will be choosing them again in the future

The travel agent was so helpful and guided us through various options. A very good experience and we came away very satisfied.

My wife made a simple telephone call to Hays. They took all requirements and within an hour presented 3 options. We picked one and all was sorted over the phone. They even booked our seats on the plane.

Mackenzie found the perfect holiday for us. She listened to what we wanted & found a few lovely hotels for us to choose from. Everything was booked & done easily.

Marie had the patience of a saint, took a lot of time with us to make sure we got holiday that suits us

We went to Hays Travel because Susan and her Team know all about my worries. They are absolutely amazing they listen and deliver actually what I need our of our holiday.

Marie was very welcoming. We went in with an open mind not knowing where we wanted to go. Marie was not long back from Malta and with her experience and knowledge of the Island we decided to make that our holiday. She showed us the map of the island and where the different hotels were and what attractions were in that area. Booking process was smooth went over everything with us made sure we understood what we needed to book.ln ..

As usual, I found that booking a holiday at Hays Travel Berryden was easy and pleasurable. I should like to commend the agent who made the booking (Marie), for giving excellent service. The staff at Berryden take great care to deal in a friendly and professional way with every aspect of a customer's enquiry.

Friendly staff willing to find a hotel I knew about but the member of staff Marie didn’t. She was extremely helpful and I felt very happy with the service I received. I booked last year through Hays and was very happy to use them again this year.

All staff are amazing Berryden Aberdeen would never go anywhere else !

The travel rep took time to offer me various holidays. She was very friendly. Had alot of knowledge.

The fact I can actually go into the shop and speak to something is one of the best things. Booking a holiday online is not a pleasure. The salespeeson took her time made sure I got what needed. Please never shut your shops.
