Excellent knowledge, speedy responses, friendly service.

Overall we were very happy with the service we received. It made our lives easier as we didn't know where to start. When we made our payments it made it all very exciting as we now knew it was going happen.

Rebecca was extremely helpful on both occasions my husband and I visited and made our booking very easily. Rebecca had a lovely attitude and was polite throughout. Wish there were more Rebecca's.

This is the second time we have asked Hays Travel to produce a bespoke and very personal holiday for my wife and I. The service we have had from Shauni at Hays Travel in Berwick-upon-Tweed has been quite outstanding. She listened very carefully to what we wanted and then produced exactly what was required. We could not asked for more.

Whilst I have not taken my holiday yet ,I am very happy with the time and care the staff at Hayes Travel in Berwick upon Tweed have shown me while choosing and booking my forthcoming holiday .

Love the staff tho was disappointed, thought the sale was on for month of January, but stopped day before which if we’d known would have booked then.

We came to book a holiday for the first time - not really knowing what we were doing! We spoke to Danielle who asked us a few questions and (patiently!) guided us through our options, giving us all the information and advice we needed. Now we can just look forward to our holiday-thank you!
